If the addon does not appear in game
Open Addons again and check that the addon is enabled. Subscribing and enabling are separate: a disabled addon is not loaded. Unsubscribing removes it from the game until you subscribe again. See Facepunch’s Addons Menu documentation for the menu controls.

- USE YOUR DICE WELL - It’s in the tagline of the game: “Dice Break The Rules.” Being able to choose not to follow the lead suit when it’s advantageous to you can be huge! Don’t ignore collecting dice.
- MANIPULATE THE X CARDS - Having the most X’s is bad: they each count as one negative point. You might be able to feed your x cards to the perceived scoring leader.
- HOLDING ONTO CARDS - Because you score cards left in hand, it can be a fun challenge to try and keep well-scoring cards not be pulled out by the trick-taking rules.
- ART BY BETH SOBEL - "Mori" is the Latin word for death and the Japanese word for forest. Both of these interpretations are represented in the artwork of this card game.
- PRAISE FOR MORI - "a fresh take on a familiar genre that will be an easy learn for fans of this type of card game." BGG User KRWoods1
Find a friend’s upload from Steam
If you are browsing outside the game, open Garry’s Mod’s Workshop in Steam and use its search and browse controls. The in-game Addons Menu also offers Open Workshop, which opens the Garry’s Mod Workshop in Steam. Workshop categories include maps, weapons, vehicles, NPCs, tools, entities, effects, and models; browse them on Steam’s Garry’s Mod Workshop page.
When manual installation is relevant
Facepunch also documents a manual option: if you already have an addon folder downloaded from another source, place it in garrysmod/addons/. This is a general installation method, not the way to find a friend’s uploads in the Friends Uploads menu. For that, use the Workshop workflow above. Details are in Facepunch’s Garry’s Mod Addons guide.

What downloading does not guarantee
Subscribing gets the addon into your game, but it does not establish that the addon is compatible with every setup or that a multiplayer server will automatically synchronize every addon. If it still fails after you confirm it is enabled, consult the addon’s Workshop page or its creator for compatibility information.
