It contains five changelog entries, all fixes, including fixes for activity resets, alarm vibration, Spotify playback and notification sounds. Garmin’s 570 post marks the beta rollout as 100% complete; its 970 post confirms availability but gives no rollout percentage. These are beta notices, not confirmation of a stable release.
What’s new in Garmin update 18.32?
Garmin lists the same five fixes for both watches:
- Addresses an issue that could reset the watch when changing screens during an activity.
- Stops smart notifications from sounding a tone while the watch is in silent or Do Not Disturb mode.
- Addresses an issue that could unintentionally disable alarm vibration.
- Addresses a potential Spotify playback issue after skipping songs using paired Bluetooth headphones.
- Fixes other minor issues.
These are issues Garmin says the beta addresses; the changelog does not establish that every owner encountered them or that the fixes have been independently tested. See Garmin’s Forerunner 570 announcement and Forerunner 970 announcement.

Is version 18.32 available for the Forerunner 570 and 970?
Yes, Garmin’s Beta Program notices identify Public Beta Version 18.32 for both models. The Forerunner 570 post says the beta is “now live at 100%”; the Forerunner 970 post says it is “now available” but does not give a rollout percentage. Garmin’s 100% figure is a rollout-status label, not a performance measurement.

Beta versus stable release
Version 18.32 is identified in Garmin’s Beta Program. The announcements confirm beta availability, but do not give a stable-release date or say that a stable version has shipped. Owners should treat the listed changes as beta changelog fixes rather than as confirmation of a stable update.
