Why GamePigeon won’t install on a Samsung phone
GamePigeon is built for Apple’s Messages app. Apple’s App Store listing calls it “Games for iMessage” and labels it “Only for iMessage” (Apple App Store listing). The developer’s press kit likewise describes the app as iOS-exclusive and distributed in the iMessage App Store (GamePigeon press kit).

That makes this a platform limitation, not a setting you can turn on in Samsung Messages or a routine Android installation problem. The official sources describe no Samsung, Android, or cross-platform installation route for the original app.
How to use the original GamePigeon
The supported route is to use a compatible Apple device with Messages and iMessage. Apple’s listing specifies iOS 10.0 or later and iPhone compatibility; check the current listing for its device requirements before relying on a particular device. Buying an iPhone is optional and can be a substantial expense, so it only makes sense if using GamePigeon itself is important to you.

Try an Android alternative for casual games
Plato is a separate multiplayer game-and-chat service available on Android. Its Google Play listing names games including Pool, Mini Golf, Cup Pong, Chess, and Four in a Row, and describes chat-integrated multiplayer (Plato on Google Play). The listing’s publisher, Plato Team Inc., claims “over 50 amazing multiplayer team games”; that is the publisher’s own count, and the catalog may change.
To play with friends using Plato, they need to join that service too. It does not add GamePigeon to Samsung Messages, reproduce the original app, or let you join GamePigeon invitations.

What about APKs, emulators, or iMessage bridges?
The official sources do not document APKs, emulators, bridges, or unofficial ports as ways to install genuine GamePigeon on Samsung. That does not establish that every third-party method is impossible or unsafe; it means none is a supported installation route for the original app. Don’t treat an unofficial download or service as the genuine GamePigeon experience.
