When can I check and claim transition rewards?
Netmarble’s official reward lookup lists a window from September 22 through December 31, 2026 (UTC). The final data cutoff for calculating Global Content Alignment rewards was October 6, 2026 at 03:00 UTC. The cutoff is for reward calculation; it is not the end of the lookup window.

The published transition instructions specify logging into the Global Content Alignment server on October 14, 2026, then checking the in-game mailbox. As of October 7, that login date was still upcoming. Reward dates and service details can change, so check the official page and latest notice before acting.
How to claim the Global Content Alignment rewards
- Link your Western Server account. Confirm that the account is linked to a Netmarble Account; automatic reward distribution requires this link.
- Use the same account on the aligned server. The official instruction specifies logging into the Global Content Alignment server on October 14, 2026, with the previous Western account.
- Check your in-game mailbox. The transition notice says the rewards are delivered there after login.
- Look up your account-specific reward details. Use the official reward lookup during its stated September 22–December 31, 2026 UTC window.
The official FAQ material reproduced in the announcement says pre-registration is not needed for Momentum and purchase-history rewards; the documented trigger is starting to play the aligned version with the previous Western account. Because account procedures can be updated, consult the current FAQ or notice if your account does not receive the expected rewards.

What the transition rewards include
The official program describes two distinct components. Progression rewards are calculated from Western Server Momentum and distributed through in-game mail. They include character-level items and account-level Inheritance Tokens. Purchase-history rewards are based on eligible Western Server purchases and are provided as Kingsroad Tokens for designated purchases in the Global Content Alignment version. The lookup page is the place to check your specific eligibility and details.

For ordinary in-game mission rewards, open Menu → Guidebook, complete chapter missions, and use Claim All where available. Daily and weekly missions also award rewards based on points. These are mission claims, not redeem codes or the transition-reward process.
