Priority ERP documents a connected distribution workflow: procurement and receiving feed inventory; warehouse management supports storage and order execution; Advanced Delivery Planning coordinates dispatch and routes; and a mobile Proof of Delivery app records delivery outcomes and exceptions. Priority describes these capabilities as part of one platform, but the exact workflows and included functions depend on the implementation and package.
How Priority ERP connects the delivery cycle
Priority Software says its ERP connects “procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, Advanced Delivery Planning (ADP), and Proof of Delivery (POD) in a single platform.” That describes the intended flow of work from incoming supply to customer delivery; it is a vendor description, not an independent assessment of the product.

- Purchase and receive goods. Purchasing and receiving provide the upstream supply information used to manage inventory and plan fulfillment.
- Put away and control inventory. Warehouse processes record goods and their location, supporting visibility from receipt through dispatch.
- Pick, pack, and fulfill orders. Warehouse work is connected to order processing so orders can be prepared against available stock.
- Plan dispatch and routes. ADP supports delivery scheduling, route planning, and driver task management.
- Confirm delivery or record an exception. The mobile POD workflow can capture delivery outcomes, customer sign-off, and information about returns or undelivered goods.
Priority’s descriptions establish the broad connection among these stages. They do not establish that every function is enabled by default, included in every package, or configured identically for every customer.

- Put-away and replenishment: move goods into storage and replenish locations as needed.
- Picking and packing: prepare items for customer orders and dispatch.
- Inventory counts and traceability: the product tour describes mobile WMS work, inventory counts, and lot or serial tracking.
- Warehouse scanning: Priority customer material describes barcode scanning and wireless handheld barcode devices. It does not name a scanner model or establish compatibility with particular hardware.
In its Eastronics case study, Priority describes barcode scanning, rule-based bin assignment, and FIFO and lot control. These are details of that customer deployment, not evidence that the same configuration is standard for every installation. See Priority’s wholesale distribution and logistics overview, SCM process product tour, and the Eastronics case study.
How fulfillment connects to delivery planning
Priority presents order fulfillment and delivery planning as connected to inventory and warehouse work. Its ADP description includes route planning, delivery scheduling, and driver task management, with map-based route work integrated with WMS. The goal is to coordinate what is ready to ship with where and when it needs to go.

The vendor also describes handling returns and undelivered goods. That matters operationally: a delivery plan needs a way to account for failed stops and goods returning to the warehouse, rather than ending at dispatch. The pages reviewed do not specify the carrier integrations, third-party logistics (3PL) connections, customer tracking features, or routing constraints available in a particular deployment. Those should be confirmed for the intended geography and configuration.
What the mobile proof-of-delivery workflow records
Priority describes a mobile POD application for loading and unloading workflows, delivery confirmation, signatures, photos, customer communication, and returns processing. The app is also described as supporting offline operation, with data synchronized when connectivity returns.

- Widely Compatible: Bluetooth Barcode Scanner for iPhone iPad Android Tablet PC, Support HID / SPP / BLE mode via bluetooth, Work with Windows XP/7/8/10, Mac OS, Windows Mobile, Android OS, iOS, Linux.
- Strong Recognition Ability: With the 2500 pixels high-resolution CCD sensor Engine, Rapidly decodes all 1D and stacked barcodes (including ISBN book), even worn, damaged or tightly spaced codes. Scan 1D codes directly from paper or screen, such as a computer monitor, smartphone, or tablet, or scan through glass surfaces, plastic shrink wrap, a CCD scanner is likely the best way to go.
- Automatic Scanning: NT-1228bc barcode scanner have three scanning modes: manual trigger mode, continuous scanning mode and auto-sensing scanning mode. In addition, there is a storage mode. Storage mode can be used when you are out of range of Bluetooth and wireless connectivity. Supports storage of up to 100,000 barcodes. Note: Before use, you need to scan the corresponding setting barcode on the manual.
- 2600mAh Battery Upgraded: Continuous scanning up to 200,000 times on a full charge. After a full charge the scanner can be used for one month at least, even in warehouses and at pos checkout counters where scanners are frequently used. In libraries and hospitals it can be used even longer.

Buzzer can be set to mute to allow for a quiet operation.(Note: It does not work with square POS / Divalto / DoorDash / Lightspeed POS system)
These capabilities can help drivers record both completed deliveries and exceptions in the field. Before relying on a specific capture method or offline workflow, confirm which functions are included in the relevant package and geography, what information synchronizes, and how exceptions reach warehouse and customer-service teams. Priority’s SCM process product tour describes the WMS, ADP, and POD modules.

Questions to settle in a product demonstration
Use the vendor’s demonstration and implementation discussions to distinguish documented capabilities from the workflows your operation will actually receive.
- Which receiving, put-away, picking, packing, replenishment, cycle-count, and lot or serial-tracking workflows are included? Which require configuration or separate modules?
- How do mobile warehouse devices connect, which barcode formats and interfaces are supported, and which specific hardware has been validated?
- How are inventory movements and order status shared between the WMS and delivery planning?
- Can route planning reflect your actual delivery constraints, and how are driver tasks, returns, and failed deliveries handled?
- What can the POD app capture, and how does offline work and later synchronization behave?
- Which carrier, 3PL, or customer-tracking integrations are needed, and who is responsible for implementation and support?
- What is included in deployment, what must be configured, and how will performance be measured against your own baseline?
Priority’s official pages document an end-to-end set of distribution functions, but the material cited here does not establish software pricing, implementation duration, named scanner compatibility, or a specific carrier or 3PL integration. Those are implementation questions to resolve with Priority and any provider involved.
