When does Flipkart Big Billion Days 2026 start?
The 13th Big Billion Days event opens to the general public on October 9, 2026. Flipkart says early access starts at midnight on October 8 for Plus, BLACK and Flipkart credit card members. Its sale page does not say which time zone applies, so check the event page or app for the live start time and access conditions. The landing page uses “VIP Members” for one early-access cohort; do not assume that every card qualifies or that membership guarantees access to every deal. The sale page covers mobiles and tablets, laptops and accessories, smartwatches, TWS earbuds, gaming consoles, TVs and appliances, fashion and beauty, home and furniture, and hyperlocal offers. Flipkart’s announcement highlights mobile launches, large appliances, beauty and personal care, and fashion. The company says the event spans 150 million products; that is Flipkart’s own event claim, not an independently verified count or a guarantee that every product will be available or discounted.

Current examples displayed on the page include iPhone 17, Motorola Edge 70 Fusion, Samsung Galaxy Book4 models and Hero motorcycles. Those are previews, not confirmed final prices or assurances of stock. Check the exact product listing when shopping: model and configuration, current price, delivery availability, stock, and any exchange, warranty or return conditions can affect the value of an offer.
How can shoppers get early access or track deals?
Flipkart says selected products may appear at Big Billion Days prices up to five days before the event. Its sale page also points shoppers to a countdown cheat sheet with category offers revealed hourly, Countdown Hour Highlights and BBD Specials. These previews can change as the event approaches, so verify any price and conditions on the live listing before ordering.

The page describes instant discounts of up to 10% on eligible Axis Bank and ICICI Bank card transactions, alongside other Supermoney, EMI, Pay Later and UPI gift-card offers. “Up to” is a maximum advertised discount, not a promise that every customer or product receives it. Check the specific listing and offer terms for eligible cards or transactions, caps, minimum purchase requirements and whether an offer can be combined with other discounts.

To compare a deal with another seller, calculate the payable total after only the offers you qualify for. Compare the same model and configuration, and account for exchange value, delivery availability, warranty and return terms; a headline discount alone does not establish the best price.

In its October 6, 2026 announcement, Flipkart reported 1.4 million sellers, 500 million registered customers and more than 8,200 fulfilment and delivery facilities. It also said transacting sellers were up more than 60% from the previous year, and that 2.5 crore units from MSMEs, small sellers, artisans and weavers had been pre-positioned. These are company-reported figures, not independent estimates.

The same announcement says Flipkart Minutes includes more than 77,000 products across 1,400-plus categories in 150-plus cities, and that the company added more than 900 delivery hubs and 750-plus PIN codes. These figures describe Flipkart’s stated operations; they do not establish local delivery coverage or availability for a particular shopper or item.
