Check these versions
- Zoom Desktop client version: open Zoom, click your profile picture → Check for Updates. Install the latest available update.
- Office/Outlook version: on Windows, open Outlook → File → Office Account → About Outlook. On macOS, open Outlook → About Outlook.

Step 3: Remove conflicting accounts/profiles (if needed)

Windows: reinstall cleanly
- Close Outlook and Zoom.
