Windows (Roblox Player / Microsoft Store)
Windows problems are commonly caused by cached web state inside the app, network DNS issues, or security software blocking Roblox.
- Close Roblox completely (open Task Manager → end all `Roblox` processes).
- Reboot your PC.
- Disable VPN/proxy (Windows Settings → Network & Internet → VPN → turn off any active connections).

- After restart, try Roblox again.
Change DNS (Public DNS)
Changing DNS can bypass broken resolvers or ISP-level filtering that breaks Roblox lookups.
- On Windows: Settings → Network & Internet → Change adapter options.
- Right-click your active adapter → Properties.
- Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) → Properties.

- On Xbox, check Family settings → Content filters.
