If Firefox’s title bar is the wrong color, first check whether you mean the operating system’s title bar or Firefox’s tabs and toolbar at the top of the window. They are separate surfaces, so the right fix depends on which one is showing the unexpected color.
Confirm which part of Firefox you mean
Firefox can show a separate system title bar, or place its tabs and toolbar along the top edge of the window. The latter can look like a title bar even though it is part of Firefox’s interface. To show the operating system’s title bar, use Firefox’s built-in control:

If the system title bar is the wrong color on Windows
Check Windows’ appearance settings for window title bars, including the colors used for active and inactive windows. In a Mozilla Support discussion, support volunteer jscher2000 said, “I think Firefox will follow Windows’ lead on the title bar background color (settings for active and inactive windows).” The person asking the question later reported that changing the Windows title-bar color helped: Mozilla Support discussion about Firefox title-bar color.
#1 Best Overall
This is a tentative, Windows-specific support observation, not a guarantee for every Windows or Firefox version. If the system title bar is enabled but the color still does not match expectations, Windows’ own title-bar appearance settings are a reasonable place to check before changing Firefox’s theme.
If you want to change Firefox’s tabs and toolbar colors
Firefox Color was suggested in a Mozilla Support discussion as a way to set Firefox colors: Mozilla Support discussion about Firefox colors. This is separate from native title-bar behavior: that discussion does not establish that Firefox Color changes the operating system’s title bar.

If a white border or window decoration remains
A visible border or other window-decoration glitch may be a different problem from a title-bar color mismatch. A Mozilla Support discussion raises these checks as diagnostic leads, not guaranteed fixes: Mozilla Support discussion about a white window border.
