For an AULA F99, use AULA’s official Keyboard & Mouse Driver hub, search for the exact model printed on your keyboard, and choose the matching listing. The hub currently shows entries for “F99” and “F99/F99 Pro” as Windows keyboard drivers. AULA warns: “Do not install software made for a different model.”
Download the software for your exact AULA model
- Open AULA’s Keyboard & Mouse Driver hub.
- Search for the complete model name shown on the keyboard’s underside label or in its product documentation. If it does not appear, AULA advises checking the model name and trying a shorter search term.
- Check the displayed model and package type before downloading. The hub distinguishes Windows keyboard drivers, web drivers and firmware; a similar model name does not establish compatibility.
- Download the package from the matching listing and follow the installer’s instructions. AULA does not provide one universal installation procedure for every model on the reviewed pages.
The download hub currently labels “F99” and “F99/F99 Pro” as Windows keyboard-driver entries. Do not assume that the second listing is right for every F99 variant; match the keyboard’s exact printed model to the listing.

F99, F99 Pro, F99MAX and EPOMAKER editions are distinct
AULA’s keyboard catalog lists F99, F99Pro and F99MAX separately. It provides driver and firmware links for these models, while AULA’s download hub shows that available software types vary across its catalog. Treat each model’s driver or firmware as specific to that model rather than interchangeable across the F99 name family.

The EPOMAKER x AULA F99 has a separate EPOMAKER x AULA F99 Driver guide, dated September 14, 2024, with a Windows software download. The available pages do not establish that this package works with other AULA-branded F99 editions.

Check the operating system and package type
The hub identifies the F99 and F99/F99 Pro entries as Windows keyboard drivers. The reviewed official material does not establish macOS or Linux support for those packages, so check the exact listing and its documentation rather than assuming compatibility.
Do not treat firmware as an ordinary driver update. Confirm that firmware is listed for the exact model, and verify the hardware version if the corresponding official listing asks for it. AULA’s hub gives a hardware-version warning for another model; that warning should not be mistaken for an F99-specific instruction.

If you cannot find the download or the keyboard is not working
The model does not appear in search
Recheck the label and try a shorter search term on the download hub. If you still cannot find the model, AULA’s F99 FAQ directs users to contact support. For after-sales and technical support, it lists [email protected].

Bluetooth pairing on an F99
AULA’s FAQ says to switch the keyboard to BT, then hold Fn + 1 for three seconds until the indicator flashes quickly. Select the keyboard in your computer’s Bluetooth settings.

2.4G connection or unstable wireless input
For a standard 2.4G connection, switch to 2.4G mode and insert the USB receiver. For manual pairing, AULA says to hold Fn + ~ for about three seconds until the cyan light flashes, insert the receiver and keep the keyboard close to it. If the connection is unstable, the FAQ recommends a USB 2.0 port away from other receivers and metal hubs, then re-pairing.
Keys do not respond
Check the battery, connection mode and system shortcut, as AULA’s FAQ recommends. It also describes a factory reset: hold Fn + Esc for five seconds.

Charging and backlight
AULA’s FAQ recommends lowering or turning off the backlight while charging, using the original cable and avoiding fast-charging devices. This is the manufacturer’s guidance, not an independent electrical test.
