FAIRY TAIL Wizard Chronicle is a mobile role-playing game published by GOODROID, Inc. Its official Apple App Store and Google Play descriptions advertise character recruitment through gacha and more than 80 playable characters. Both listings also promote “Free 720 Gacha Pulls” after downloading.
That promotional copy is useful context, but it is not a current account statement. The listings do not say which banners accept those pulls, which currencies or tickets are used, whether every account still qualifies, or when the promotion ends. Google Play shows a listing update date of October 7, 2026; store descriptions and in-game campaigns can change independently, so read the live client for your account and region.

The short answer: a ticket is not automatically a universal summon
Do not assume that a ticket labeled “summon ticket” works on every featured banner. A game can distinguish between general tickets, event tickets, featured-banner tickets, selector tickets, and tickets tied to a particular campaign. The public store pages do not document FAIRY TAIL Wizard Chronicle’s categories or compatibility rules.
Open the ticket’s own description and the banner’s details before spending. If either screen does not clearly establish eligibility, treat the ticket as unverified rather than testing it on a banner you care about. A failed attempt may be harmless if the client blocks it, but spending a limited item on an unintended pool can remove your opportunity to use it where it matters.
A five-step decision process before every pull
1. Identify the exact ticket
Write down the ticket’s complete in-game name, not a shortened nickname. Note whether it says general, event, featured, guaranteed, selector, or anything similar. Check its quantity and whether a timer or “valid until” line appears. Then open the summon screen and see which banners accept it. A button being visible is not, by itself, proof that the ticket has the same result as premium currency.
- Record the ticket name exactly as shown.
- Read every line of its description, including expandable text.
- Look for a list of eligible banners or a restriction such as “this event only.”
- Capture the expiry date if one is shown.
2. Define the account goal
Decide what would make the pull worthwhile before looking at the animation. Your goal might be a specific character, a role your team lacks, a first copy for collection, an upgrade to an existing character, or simply converting a ticket before it expires. If you cannot name a desired outcome, the pull is speculation rather than planned progress.

If the banner can award characters you already own, determine whether another copy has a documented use and whether the game offers a way to exchange duplicates. Do not assume that a duplicate automatically becomes a useful upgrade; read the character and duplicate rules shown by the client.
3. Read the active banner’s details
Use the banner’s information, rates, and rules buttons before pressing summon. Check all of the following:
- Featured characters and the exact versions included.
- Displayed rates for the rarity and featured unit you want.
- Any guaranteed result, step-up stage, selector, or exchange counter.
- The number of summons required to reach a guarantee or exchange.
- Whether the counter applies to this ticket, this banner, or another currency.
- The banner’s closing date and time, including the time zone if shown.
The public listings do not provide these values. Use the numbers displayed in your client at the moment you decide; do not substitute figures from another game, an old screenshot, or a community rumor.
4. Check expiry and carryover
Two separate questions matter: does the ticket itself expire, and does any pity, step progress, or exchange currency carry to another banner? The official store descriptions do not answer either question. Look in the ticket details, banner notice, help section, and event announcement. If no statement appears, record the rule as unknown.

An unknown expiry does not justify an immediate pull. It just means you need better evidence. If the ticket has a clearly displayed deadline earlier than the banner you are waiting for, spending before that deadline may be sensible; if no deadline is shown, saving remains the lower-risk choice while you inspect later banners.
5. Compare spending now with saving
Spend now only if the ticket is eligible, the featured pool contains a target you genuinely want, and the displayed guarantee or odds are acceptable to you. Save when the ticket is usable later, the current banner does not address your goal, or a better-documented opportunity is likely to appear before any verified expiry. This is a decision rule, not a claim that the game has a particular pity system.
How to inspect a banner without guessing
Labels can change with updates and translations, so use this as a method rather than a promise of exact button names.

- Open the game’s Summon, Recruit, or equivalent screen.
- Select the banner you are considering instead of tapping the fastest summon button.
- Open Details, Rates, Info, or every information icon attached to that banner.
- Read the featured-unit list and confirm the exact character names or forms.
- Open the rate table and note the relevant rarity and featured-character percentages.
- Read the guarantee, step-up, exchange, and duplicate text from start to finish.
- Check the end date and time, then compare it with any ticket-expiry date.
- Return to the ticket description and confirm that this ticket is accepted by this banner.
- Only after those checks, choose the summon count and confirm the cost shown on the final dialog.
If a rate table, guarantee clause, or eligibility statement is missing, mark that item “not stated” in your notes. Missing information is not evidence of a favorable rule.

Comparing two or more banners
When several banners accept the same ticket, compare them on the same axes rather than choosing the newest artwork. Fill in the values exactly as displayed in the client.

The public Apple App Store and Google Play descriptions do not fill these cells. They establish the game’s gacha context and promotional 720-pull statement, not live banner mechanics.
What “Free 720 Gacha Pulls” does—and does not—mean
GOODROID’s store descriptions advertise more than 720 free gacha pulls after downloading. Treat that as promotional wording, not as a guaranteed number of tickets currently sitting on every account. The listings do not identify the campaign’s duration, the grants’ schedule, the banners involved, or whether the total is measured across several summon types.
To use the promotion responsibly, open the game’s mail, mission, event, and summon screens and inventory the grants you actually received. Separate tickets from gems or other currencies, because a headline total may combine different free-pull mechanisms. Record whether each item has a deadline and which pool accepts it. Do not spend a ticket merely because the store description contains a large number.

Tickets, gems, and paid offers are different decisions
The official web shop identifies GOODROID and FAIRY TAIL Wizard Chronicle, provides account login and promo-code functions, and lists digital offers that include paid gems and bonus in-game items. Those offers do not establish summon rates, guarantee thresholds, ticket compatibility, or value for your account.
Before buying anything, first write down the exact banner rule you are trying to satisfy. If you cannot verify the rate, guarantee, eligible currency, and deadline in the game, you cannot calculate whether a paid offer improves your odds or simply adds resources to an uncertain pool. Never treat a rumored guarantee as a financial justification.
- Verify the account and region shown on the official shop before redeeming a code.
- Confirm what the offer delivers: gems, a ticket, a bonus item, or a bundle of several items.
- Check the in-game summon screen to see whether the delivered item is accepted by your intended banner.
- Keep purchase records and contact official support if a code or delivery does not appear; do not buy a second time to test it.
Common mistakes and how to recover
The ticket button is greyed out
This usually indicates that the selected ticket is not accepted, the banner has closed, the ticket has expired, or a prerequisite has not been met. Reopen the ticket description and read the restriction, then check the banner’s closing time and your account’s event or mail notices. Do not convert other currency just to bypass a greyed-out button until the cause is clear.
The banner disappeared after you saved
A banner end date is a time-sensitive rule. If it has closed, check whether the game moved the ticket to another inventory category, returned it through mail, or displayed a replacement event. The public store pages do not document recovery or refund behavior, so use the client’s support path rather than assuming the ticket is permanently lost or automatically refunded.
Your pull count does not match the promotional total
The 720-pull wording is not an account ledger. Count the tickets, free summon attempts, gems, and campaign grants separately in your client. Check whether some rewards are claimable in missions or mail and whether a campaign has an end date. If the discrepancy remains, save screenshots of the offer and your inventory for official support.

You cannot find rates or guarantee text
Stop before confirming the summon. Look for a small information icon, a scrollable notice, a separate rate page, or a help entry linked from the banner. If the client still does not state the rule, classify the outcome as unknown and avoid spending a limited ticket based on assumptions.
A ticket appears usable but does not advance a counter
Read the guarantee and exchange clause for the exact summon type. Some systems separate direct ticket rewards from currency-based counters; FAIRY TAIL Wizard Chronicle’s public listings do not say how its counters work. Treat the counter as unchanged unless the game explicitly records the ticket use.

You have a named target on a featured banner
First confirm that the ticket is eligible for that banner. Then verify that the exact target, not merely a similarly named version, is in the featured list. If the client displays an acceptable rate or a guarantee that includes this ticket, spending can be rational. If the target is absent or the ticket is excluded from the guarantee, save it or choose another eligible banner.

You have no target and several general tickets
Do not convert uncertainty into a pull simply because the tickets are available. Keep them while you build a target list, unless a verified expiry is approaching. When a future banner appears, repeat the eligibility and rules checks instead of relying on the fact that the ticket worked somewhere else.
Your ticket expires soon, but the current banner is mediocre
Compare two documented outcomes: use it now on the eligible pool, or let a known deadline pass unused. If the current banner contains no character you value and no guarantee makes the result acceptable, an unwanted pull may still be worse than accepting the loss. If the banner has a target you would use and the ticket would otherwise expire, spending can be the least-bad option; record the expiry evidence so the choice is deliberate.
A banner advertises a guarantee, but the wording is vague
Find out what is guaranteed: a rarity, one of several featured characters, a selector, or an exchange item. Note the required number and whether your ticket counts. “Guaranteed” alone does not identify the result, and the store’s 720-pull statement does not fill in that missing detail.

A small record that prevents expensive errors
Keep a note for each ticket type. Updating it takes less time than reconstructing a decision after a banner closes.

What can change after an update
Store pages are mutable descriptions, not immutable rulebooks. GOODROID can change campaign wording, banner schedules, ticket names, and shop offers through client updates or notices. The Google Play listing’s October 7, 2026 update date shows that the published description itself changes over time; it does not date every in-game rule.
For a time-sensitive decision, use the newest notice visible in the game and note when you read it. If an official notice conflicts with an old screenshot or a guide written for another version, follow the current client wording and ask support for clarification before spending.
