如果 Windows 桌面版 Excel 一直冻结或显示“未响应”，先用安全模式判断是否与加载项或启动设置有关，再检查更新、Excel 是否仍在处理任务，以及问题是否只出现在某个工作簿。接着才排查 Windows 后台冲突或修复 Office。下面的步骤适用于 Microsoft 365、Excel 2024、2021、2019 和 2016；Mac 与 Excel 网页版的操作可能不同。
先判断问题发生在哪里
记录 Excel 是在启动时、打开文件时、计算时，还是执行某个加载项操作时冻结；再用另一份正常工作簿对照测试。这个简单区分能帮助你决定先查启动配置，还是聚焦于特定文件。

1. 用安全模式隔离加载项
在 Windows 中启动 Excel 安全模式，可以判断问题是否与某些加载项或启动配置有关。按 Windows 键 + R 打开“运行”，输入 Excel /safe，然后按 Enter。微软说明，安全模式会绕过部分功能和设置，包括 Excel 加载项及大多数 COM 加载项；它是诊断方式，不代表已找出具体原因。微软的 Windows Office 安全模式说明
- 在安全模式中重现之前导致冻结的操作。
- 如果 Excel 不再冻结，正常重启 Excel。
- 在 Excel 的加载项设置中检查 COM 加载项或 Excel 加载项；每次只重新启用一个，然后重启并测试。
- 若某个加载项启用后问题再次出现，将它禁用，并向其提供方确认兼容性或更新方式。
如果安全模式下仍然冻结，加载项就不是唯一值得排查的方向，继续检查更新、工作簿和后台冲突。微软的建议是逐个启用加载项，直到问题重现；这有助于找出冲突项目，而不是一次性禁用所有内容后便停止排查。微软的 Excel 冻结排查指南

2. 安装更新，并确认 Excel 是否仍在处理任务
检查并安装适用于 Office 与 Windows 的更新。微软指出，更新会替换过时文件并修复问题；完成更新后重启 Excel，再测试原先会冻结的操作。具体更新入口会随 Office 版本和设备管理方式而不同，可按组织的设备管理要求操作。
同时查看 Excel 窗口底部的状态栏。如果它显示 Excel 正在使用或处理，先让当前任务完成，不要立刻强制关闭程序或重复触发同一操作。若任务完成后 Excel 仍持续无响应，再继续排查。

3. 检查是否只有某个工作簿有问题
用新建工作簿或另一份正常文件执行相同操作。如果只有某一份文件导致冻结，问题可能与该工作簿的内容或结构有关；在没有检查文件之前，不能仅凭症状断定是某一项造成的。
优先检查的工作簿内容
- 引用整列的公式，或参数范围不规则的数组公式，可能增加计算负担。
- 数百或数千个隐藏对象、零尺寸对象、过多样式，或复制粘贴积累的格式，都可能影响文件性能。
- 过多或无效的定义名称，以及大量几何图形或复杂形状，也值得检查。
如果文件由第三方应用生成，尝试在该应用之外测试相同功能。若只有该来源生成的文件出错，把问题现象和相关文件信息反馈给生成方。

将手动计算作为诊断测试
如果冻结主要出现在复杂公式重算时，可暂时将 Excel 计算模式改为“手动”，观察自动重算是否与卡顿有关。这只是诊断性测试，会改变工作簿的计算行为；问题排除后，应恢复适合工作流程的计算模式，以免修改数据后结果没有按预期更新。计算模式的设置可能影响其他打开的工作簿，操作前先确认当前 Excel 会话中的工作内容。
4. 排查 Windows 后台冲突，再考虑修复 Office
如果上述步骤仍不能解释冻结，可通过 Windows 的选择性启动（clean boot）排查启动程序、进程或服务是否与 Excel 冲突。它属于系统级诊断，排查时按微软说明操作；完成后恢复正常启动设置，并逐步确认是哪项后台程序或服务造成影响。微软的 Excel 故障排查指南

杀毒软件也可能与 Excel 集成功能发生冲突，但不要把关闭防护列为常规修复方法。微软提醒，更改杀毒软件设置可能降低设备防护，并不建议用户自行尝试更改；如果怀疑与其 Excel 集成功能有关，请联系安全软件厂商寻求针对产品的配置帮助。

5. 对照 Excel for Windows 已知问题

按诊断结果决定下一步
- 安全模式正常、正常模式冻结：逐个测试加载项，找到触发问题的项目。
- 安全模式也冻结，且多个文件受影响：确认更新与任务状态，再排查后台冲突；必要时修复 Office。
- 只有某个文件受影响：检查公式、对象、样式、定义名称和图形，并在必要时联系文件生成方。
- 症状与已知问题条目相符：按条目所列版本和解决方法处理，并查看修复状态。
