How to book The Residence
- Find an A380-operated flight for your travel date. Etihad says The Residence is offered on selected flights, not throughout its network.
- Select a First ticket for up to two guests.
- During seat selection, check whether The Residence appears among the available options and select it if offered.
- Review the itinerary and final price before completing the booking. Etihad’s published instructions do not establish a universal fare or guarantee that the suite will be available on a particular flight.
Etihad’s route information is a changing snapshot rather than a guarantee for any date. Its Residence page lists Abu Dhabi connections with London, New York and Paris; its accessed A380 fleet page names London, Tokyo, Toronto, Paris and Singapore. Etihad announced Tokyo A380 service had begun on June 18, 2026, and announced Bangkok A380 service beginning in October 2026 on February 25, 2026. These lists do not fully match, so check the aircraft and live Residence inventory for the precise flight in Etihad’s booking results. - Consider The Residence if the separate living room, up-to-two-guest arrangement or private ensuite shower matters enough to justify selecting this distinct suite.
Those are product-layout distinctions, not a fare comparison: the current price difference depends on the itinerary and available booking options.
