Yes, the Nacon Revolution 5 Pro is compatible with PS5, but it does not reproduce adaptive-trigger effects. You can use it to play PS5 games, but games that change trigger resistance will not provide that effect through this controller. Its trigger blockers adjust trigger travel mechanically; they are not adaptive triggers.
What works on PS5—and what does not
Nacon lists the Revolution 5 Pro as compatible with PS5, PS4, and PC. That compatibility does not mean it has every feature of Sony’s DualSense controller. Nacon’s support FAQ explicitly says the Revolution 5 Pro has no adaptive triggers.

The distinction is between playing a game and receiving a particular controller effect. The controller can be used with PS5 games, but it cannot provide game-controlled trigger resistance. The absence of that effect alone does not mean a PS5 game’s other controls are unusable.
Trigger blockers are not adaptive triggers
The Revolution 5 Pro’s trigger blockers let you customize trigger travel, or how far the trigger moves. That is a fixed physical adjustment. Adaptive triggers, by contrast, vary resistance in response to supported in-game events. Nacon describes the trigger blockers on its product page; they do not add adaptive resistance.

Other feedback limitations on PS5
Nacon also says the Revolution 5 Pro has no haptic feedback and that its vibration works only with PC and PS4 games. So its PS5 compatibility should not be read as support for the DualSense’s haptic or adaptive-trigger features.
Which controller to choose for adaptive-trigger effects
If adaptive triggers are important to you, the DualSense is the feature-based alternative: Sony lists adaptive triggers and haptic feedback among its features on the DualSense product page. Support for those features can vary by game, so check the specific title if you need confirmation.
