Does Luminar Neo have a Chromebook desktop version?
Skylum’s Luminar Neo FAQ gives desktop system requirements for macOS and Windows. Its product tour likewise describes Luminar Neo as an application and plugin for those two operating systems. Neither page lists ChromeOS as a desktop platform.

Skylum’s product page separately lists a mobile app for iOS, Android, and ChromeOS, apart from the Windows/macOS desktop product. This establishes that ChromeOS is associated with Skylum’s mobile-app offering, but the page does not specify how to install it on a Chromebook or whether it has the same features as the desktop editor. Do not treat the mobile listing as confirmation of a Chromebook desktop installation.

Skylum says Luminar Neo can work as a standalone editor or plugin, and names Lightroom Classic (version 6 and later) and Photos for macOS as supported hosts in its FAQ. Those are desktop workflows tied to the named host applications; the FAQ does not list ChromeOS apps or a Chromebook plugin workflow.

If plugin support is essential, check that both the operating system and the host application are supported for the version you plan to use. The available Skylum documentation does not establish that a Chromebook can run the desktop plugin through a ChromeOS app.
Does Luminar Neo support presets?
Yes. Skylum documents preset browsing and applying, saving your own edits as presets, and using purchased or membership collections. Its desktop-oriented instructions also describe importing downloaded preset collections in the .lnpc format through application menus or the Presets tab. These guides document the desktop interface. They do not confirm that the ChromeOS mobile app supports the same preset categories, custom saving, or .lnpc imports. If preset collections are part of your workflow, verify that feature with Skylum for the specific ChromeOS app and device before relying on it.
