Only one part of Jackpot Go can pay cash, and it is not the part most players start with. On the official jackpotgo.com site, Gold Coins and Sweet Coins cannot be redeemed for prizes, and Standard Play cannot win prizes at all. A separate Sweeps Coins program, governed by written Sweeps Rules, describes cash redemption of qualifying prizes, but only under stated conditions and limits. Because several app store listings use the same name under different developers, the answer also depends on which app you install. No audited figure shows how often withdrawals are actually paid.
Start by identifying the exact product
“Jackpot Go” is not one product. The website and at least three store listings name different companies, and the official website terms describe a different operating structure from the apps. Check the developer or operator named on the page you are using before you rely on any payout claim.

| Listing or site | Named developer or operator | Source | What it emphasises |
|---|---|---|---|
| jackpotgo.com | Hiwingo Limited is the sponsor. Relaxing Moonlight Games Inc is authorised for US payment administration, marketing and operations, and for publishing relevant games under licence from Hiwingo. | Terms of Service, version 13.4, updated July 6, 2026 | Entertainment-only social play, with prize redemption available only through Sweeps Coins under separate rules |
| “Jackpot Go: Slots Casino” on the US Apple App Store | WISE WISHES STUDIO LIMITED | Apple App Store listing | Cash, real-money, reward and withdrawal language in the developer’s listing copy |
| “Jackpot Go: Slots Casino” on Google Play | ANYA TERENCE BISSONG | Google Play listing | Cash, real-money, reward and withdrawal language in the developer’s listing copy |
| “Jackpot Go: Real Money” on Google Play | LITTLE BREACH LTD | Google Play listing | The developer’s own cash-prize marketing claims |
Store pages can be edited at any time. The developer names above are as shown when the listings were checked in early October 2026. The available evidence does not establish whether these apps are affiliated with the jackpotgo.com service or with each other, so do not assume their terms, coin systems or redemption rules are the same.
Gold Coins, Sweet Coins and Sweeps Coins are not interchangeable
The website terms separate play by currency and by mode. Only the promotional currency has any route to a prize.

| Currency or play mode | Can it be redeemed for cash or prizes? | What the terms say |
|---|---|---|
| Gold Coins | No | Defined as social-play tokens with no monetary value that cannot be redeemed for prizes. |
| Sweet Coins | No | Described as nonredeemable. |
| Standard Play (Gold and Sweet Coins) | No prize wins | The terms expressly state that users cannot win prizes in Standard Play. |
| Sweeps Coins (Promotional Play) | Yes, for qualifying prizes, under the Sweeps Rules | Redemption is subject to the official Sweeps Rules, including payment method, eligibility and limits. |
The operator’s own description of the service is that it “does not offer ‘real money gambling’” and that “no actual money is required to play.” That statement applies to the social-play side of the platform. It does not cancel the separate prize mechanics in the Sweeps Rules, which is why the two documents need to be read together. Both are linked in the Terms of Service and the Sweeps Rules.
What the Sweeps Rules say about cashing out
The Sweeps Rules describe how a qualifying prize would be paid. These are the stated mechanics. They describe the rules, not whether any particular account will be approved.

- Currency and destination: Cash is paid in US dollars to the financial account or online wallet used to buy Gold Coins. If that is technically impossible, the user can nominate an alternative bank account. The sponsor may require the same payment method or specify a different one.
- Frequency: One prize-redemption request per account is processed per day.
- Daily ceiling: The sponsor reserves discretion to limit redemptions to US$10,000 per day. The rules reserve this right; they do not state that the cap applies to every account at all times.
- New York cap: For one participant during a sweepstakes entry period, the stated maximum in New York is US$5,000. Requests above that amount are deferred to the next period.
Where the service is restricted
The terms list several restricted territories, including US states and Canadian provinces, and state that jurisdictions outside the US and Canada are restricted. Eligibility can change and varies by location, so check the current terms for your jurisdiction rather than relying on any general availability claim, including this one.

What the Illinois order does and does not cover
In a letter dated February 4, 2026, Illinois Gaming Board Administrator Marcus D. Fruchter wrote that the Board had reason to believe Jackpot Go was operating an illegal online casino in violation of the Illinois Criminal Code. The letter states that the Board had not licensed or authorised Jackpot Go to offer online gambling in Illinois, and it demands that the service block Illinois residents or discontinue offering service there.

- GENUINE CASINO EXPERIENCE: Authentic Las Vegas table-played cards for the excitement of real casino play at home.
- PRISTINE CONDITION: Cards feature trimmed corners and/or casino cancellation marks, yet remain in excellent condition.
- 52 CARD DECK: No jokers included. Each deck contains 52 standard playing cards only, perfect for poker, blackjack, and other games not needing joker cards.
- VARIETY OF DESIGNS & COLORS: Mixed random casinos and colors provide a unique collectible experience; designs may vary.
- IDEAL FOR COLLECTORS & PLAYERS: A great addition to any card collection or home game night.
“The Illinois Gaming Board (the ‘IGB’) has reason to believe that Jackpot Go is engaged in the operation of an illegal online casino in violation of the Illinois Criminal Code.”
That is the Board’s position under Illinois law, stated in its letter. It is not a nationwide ruling, it is not a finding about every similarly named app, and it is not a final court judgment. The letter, available as a PDF from the Illinois Gaming Board, also contains a visible error: the passage describing when and where the Board observed the service reads “January 0, 1900” and has a blank after “through.” Treat the date and location detail in that passage with caution if you cite it.

What store reviews can and cannot tell you about withdrawals
Both Slots Casino listings use cash, real-money, reward and withdrawal language. Google Play user reviews for these apps include positive and negative reports about wins, withdrawals and limits. Those reports are individual experiences. They are not audited payout data, and the available evidence contains no payout rate, no percentage of redemption requests paid, and no average withdrawal time. A high or low star rating is not a payment statistic.

How to check before you rely on a payout
- Open the store page or website and confirm the developer or operator. If it is Hiwingo Limited with the jackpotgo.com terms, you are looking at the product described in the terms. If it shows WISE WISHES STUDIO LIMITED, ANYA TERENCE BISSONG or LITTLE BREACH LTD, treat it as a separate product until its own terms say otherwise.
- Open the Terms of Service and note the version and update date. The version reviewed here is 13.4, updated July 6, 2026.
- Check whether your state or province is listed as restricted. If you are in Illinois, note the Board’s demand described above before you play.
- Read the Sweeps Rules for the coin type you hold, the payment method, the daily request limit and any state-specific cap.
- Confirm that the balance you want to redeem is Sweeps Coins from qualifying promotional play. Gold Coins and Sweet Coins cannot be redeemed for prizes.
- Keep a dated record of every redemption request, the amount, the payment method and every message you receive, so that any dispute can be documented.
