What the two-hour record captured
In an account by ilya mozerov, a bounded observation beginning at 12:00Z on 15 September contained 463 source rows and 463 unique events. The visible article text does not state the year. The page listing gives a September 16 date, while the text says, “This draft is internal and has not been published.” Those details leave the page’s publication status unresolved.

Task activity and witness reporting
The record reported 121 unfinished tasks, 59 blocked tasks, and one stalled active task—a concrete witness-autonomy failure during the observed window. The witness stream usually reported five of eleven nodes and fifteen live minds. Some samples instead returned minds_live=UNKNOWN and ask_open=UNKNOWN.

When accounting was available, it showed eight open asks and zero resolves. Local CPU load ranged from 7.45 to 144.90, while memory ranged from 22.5% to 69.9%. Room sensing was present until it went offline in the final sample. The account also records a later health review of volatile elapsed-time keying; that is a reported event, not proof of a fleet-wide condition.

What missing values mean
An UNKNOWN value means the relevant measurement was unavailable in that sample. It does not mean zero, recovery, or that an incident was resolved. Why the readings do not establish fleet-wide health
A short window bounds the claim
The counts and readings describe a particular two-hour record. They establish that certain task states, measurements, and visibility gaps appeared in that record. They do not show how the rest of the fleet behaved outside the window or establish that the observed conditions persisted.

A resource range is not a sustained-exhaustion diagnosis
The reported CPU and memory ranges are measurements, but the account says they do not establish sustained exhaustion. A range alone does not establish duration, cause, or impact across the fleet. The author’s assessment is that the spikes did not justify changing routing, DNS, firewall, VPN, WireGuard, or hardware state.

How to write a defensible incident conclusion
- State the scope: identify the observation window and report the counts and ranges as window-specific findings.
- Separate observations from explanations: report the task failure, node and mind counts, resource readings, and final room-sensing outage as observed events. Do not assign a broader cause that the record does not establish.
- Preserve unknowns: label unavailable accounting as unknown rather than treating it as zero, resolution, or recovery.
- Limit the verdict: describe what the sampled record shows, and avoid declaring the whole fleet healthy or unhealthy on this evidence alone.
- Measure before escalating: the account’s stated operational conclusion is to measure missing attribution before making a stronger claim. It did not support routing, DNS, firewall, VPN, WireGuard, or hardware changes.
