In 91mobiles’ database comparison, the Dimensity 7300 Plus has the higher reported AnTuTu score, while the Dimensity 7300 Ultra is slightly ahead in Geekbench 6. These are results from tests of phones using each chip, not a controlled head-to-head test, so they suggest a direction rather than proving one chipset is universally faster.
Benchmark comparison: Plus leads AnTuTu, Ultra edges Geekbench
91mobiles reports these results on its chipset pages and direct comparison page, accessed in 2026. Its scores come from real-world testing of phones using each processor, so differences in handset cooling, firmware, memory and test conditions can affect the outcome.

| AnTuTu total, benchmark table and direct comparison | 728,221 | 646,751 |
| Geekbench 6 single-core | 1,020 | 1,032 |
| Geekbench 6 multi-core | 2,874 | 2,926 |
The AnTuTu totals favor the Plus in 91mobiles’ comparison; its Geekbench 6 figures favor the Ultra by a small margin in both single-core and multi-core results. The Plus page has an inconsistency: its key-spec area separately shows an AnTuTu score of 741,197, while its benchmark table and the direct comparison give 728,221. The source does not resolve that discrepancy, so the table uses the value repeated in the benchmark table and comparison.
These figures are best treated as database-reported indicators, not a lab-controlled chip-versus-chip verdict. For a meaningful comparison, use results from the same benchmark version and similarly configured phones, with test conditions disclosed.

What the listed specifications say
91mobiles lists the Plus and Ultra with the same broad CPU and GPU configuration: an octa-core processor with four Arm Cortex-A78 cores and four Arm Cortex-A55 cores, plus Arm Mali-G615 MC2 graphics. Its key specifications list LPDDR5 memory for both and identify MT6878 as the model number for each.
MediaTek’s official Dimensity 7300 product page gives a baseline specification for the Dimensity 7300 family, rather than confirming that the Plus and Ultra labels are official variants. It lists four Cortex-A78 cores running up to 2.5 GHz, four Cortex-A55 cores, Mali-G615 MC2 graphics, support for LPDDR4x or LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 storage. It also lists Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, camera sensors up to 200 MP and video capture up to 4K at 30 frames per second. Those are family-level capabilities, not proof that every phone marketed or catalogued with a Plus or Ultra label implements each feature.
MediaTek specifies peak 5G downlink speeds of up to 3.27 Gbps under 3CC carrier-aggregation conditions. Actual connectivity depends on the handset’s implementation, supported network bands and carrier availability.

The MediaTek materials cited here name Dimensity 7300 and Dimensity 7300X, but do not establish “Dimensity 7300 Plus” or “Dimensity 7300 Ultra” as official MediaTek product names. The company’s May 30, 2024 announcement describes the 7300X as supporting dual-display foldable devices; it does not confirm the Plus and Ultra suffixes.
91mobiles uses the Plus and Ultra labels in its third-party chipset listings and associates them with particular phones. Before buying, verify the chipset listed by the manufacturer for the exact handset model and market. A database label alone does not settle whether regional versions use the same hardware.
Phones listed with each chipset
91mobiles lists the realme 15 as powered by the Dimensity 7300 Plus. It lists the POCO X7 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G with the Dimensity 7300 Ultra. These are examples from the database, not a guarantee that every regional version has the same chipset. Check the manufacturer’s specifications for the precise model number and sales region.
Which one should you choose?
Do not choose a phone on the suffix or these scores alone. The available database results do not establish which complete handset is faster in sustained use or better value. Compare the specific regional models and weigh:
- Confirmed chipset: Check the manufacturer’s specification for the exact model and region.
- Comparable performance tests: Prefer results from the same benchmark version and matched test conditions; sustained performance also depends on cooling and software.
- Whole-phone features: Compare the display, cameras, battery, software support and connectivity bands.
- Price and availability: Check current local listings. The cited comparison does not establish present-day pricing, stock or retailer availability.
