The MediaTek Dimensity 1300 is the more capable chipset on paper and leads the available device-based benchmark figures. It has four Cortex-A78 CPU cores, Mali-G77 MC9 graphics and 5G support. The UNISOC T7250 has two Cortex-A75 cores, Mali-G57 graphics and LTE connectivity. Benchmark scores are useful as directional evidence, not guaranteed results for every phone.
Dimensity 1300 vs UNISOC T7250 specifications
| Specification | MediaTek Dimensity 1300 | UNISOC T7250 |
|---|---|---|
| CPU | 1× Cortex-A78 up to 3.0 GHz, 3× Cortex-A78 up to 2.6 GHz, and 4× Cortex-A55 up to 2.0 GHz (MediaTek) | 2× Cortex-A75 up to 1.8 GHz and 6× Cortex-A55 up to 1.6 GHz (UNISOC) |
| Manufacturing process | 6 nm (MediaTek) | 12 nm (UNISOC) |
| Graphics | Arm Mali-G77 MC9 (MediaTek) | Arm Mali-G57 up to 850 MHz (UNISOC) |
| Memory | LPDDR4x, up to 4266 Mbps (MediaTek) | LPDDR4X, up to 1866 MHz (UNISOC) |
| Storage support | UFS 3.1 (MediaTek) | eMMC 5.1 or UFS 2.2/2.1 (UNISOC) |
| Cellular connectivity | 5G, including Sub-6 GHz carrier aggregation and dual-SIM 5G features (MediaTek) | LTE Category 7 downlink and Category 13 uplink (UNISOC) |
| AI capability listed | NPU 3.0 (MediaTek) | No NPU listed (UNISOC) |
Specifications describe supported platform features, not what a phone maker must include. For example, a handset using the T7250 may use eMMC or one of its supported UFS options. The vendors also state memory rates in different units; the listed figures should not be compared as if they were expressed on the same basis.

Which chipset has the faster CPU and GPU?
The Dimensity 1300 has the stronger listed CPU configuration: four Cortex-A78 performance cores, including one with a peak frequency of 3.0 GHz, alongside four Cortex-A55 cores. The T7250 uses two Cortex-A75 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores, all at lower listed peak frequencies. This gives the Dimensity 1300 the stronger specifications for demanding CPU workloads, though a phone’s cooling, power settings and software affect sustained performance.
On paper, the Dimensity 1300’s Mali-G77 MC9 is also a more substantial graphics configuration than the T7250’s Mali-G57, specified at up to 850 MHz. Those names and specifications do not establish a controlled gaming comparison: no same-method GPU test for the two platforms is available here. Actual frame rates depend on the handset, game settings, cooling and display resolution.

Dimensity 1300 vs T7250 benchmark results
91mobiles lists the following device-based scores in its comparison. The page does not state the year for these figures.
| Benchmark | Dimensity 1300 | UNISOC T7250 |
|---|---|---|
| AnTuTu | 607,013 | 381,574 |
| Geekbench single-core | 854 | 441 |
| Geekbench multi-core | 2,709 | 1,480 |
These numbers favor the Dimensity 1300, but they are not fixed scores for the chips. 91mobiles says its AnTuTu figures come from real-world handset testing, and its Dimensity 1300 page separately gives a highest recorded result of 705,961. That difference shows how device selection and aggregation can change a published figure. The Geekbench comparison is especially unsuitable as a direct head-to-head: the Dimensity 1300 page labels a Geekbench 5 screenshot, while the T7250 page labels Geekbench 6. Benchmark versions are not interchangeable.
A controlled comparison would require the same benchmark version and comparable retail phones, cooling and power modes, with repeated runs. The available figures provide directional context rather than that kind of test.
Connectivity, storage and other practical differences
5G versus LTE
The clearest everyday distinction is cellular support. The Dimensity 1300 supports 5G, including Sub-6 GHz carrier aggregation. The T7250 is an LTE platform, with Cat 7 downlink and Cat 13 uplink support. A phone’s actual network compatibility still depends on its supported bands and the carrier where it will be used; check the exact handset variant rather than relying on the chipset name alone.
Storage and memory
MediaTek lists UFS 3.1 storage support for the Dimensity 1300. UNISOC lists eMMC 5.1 and UFS 2.2/2.1 options for the T7250, so the storage experience can vary more across T7250 phones. Both platforms support LPDDR4X memory, but handset makers choose the capacity and implementation.
Display support
UNISOC says the T7250 is compatible with 720p and 1080p displays and supports a maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz. This is a chip capability, not a guarantee that every T7250 phone has a 120 Hz screen; inspect the specific phone’s display specifications.
Which phones should you choose?
Choose by the complete phone, not the processor label in isolation. If 5G, stronger listed CPU/GPU hardware or faster supported storage matters, a Dimensity 1300 phone has the more capable platform foundation. A T7250 phone may still be the right choice if its price, display, battery, storage configuration and software support better fit your needs.

For a real comparison, put the exact models side by side and check:
- 5G or LTE support, including local network bands and the exact regional variant
- Memory capacity and whether storage is eMMC or UFS
- Display resolution and refresh rate
- Battery capacity and handset-level thermal behavior
- Software support and current price
91mobiles lists the realme C100X among phones using the T7250. Treat that as a chipset example, not a recommendation; verify the model and specifications of the particular listing you are considering.
