- Measure the intended space, including clearance for the door to open and for hoses and connections.

What the guide says about everyday use
The guide explains detergent-dispenser use, rinse aid, loading, programs and routine care. It does not establish a preferred detergent brand or require a particular tablet format. Follow the instructions for the machine rather than assuming that a product recommendation applies to this model.

Buying, comparing or repairing a used unit
Because CHOICE lists the model as discontinued, check the condition and exact identity of any unit before purchase. For a meaningful comparison with another dishwasher, look at usable capacity, external dimensions and installation requirements, independent cleaning and drying results, noise, dated energy and water figures, warranty terms for the relevant market, and present availability.
CHOICE lists similar suffix models DEDW6015S and DEDW6015SI and describes the difference as colour. That does not establish that every specification or part is interchangeable. Confirm exact details against the appliance documentation and rating plate.
