1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteShort answer: CraftMyPDF does not currently publish an unlimited-template plan. Its listed limits run from 3 templates on Free to 10,000 on Business. A recent Orshot result claims unlimited templates on every plan, but that page and its current limits could not be verified. Treat “unlimited” as a requirement to validate directly, not as an established feature of a named competitor. If your real need is turning web pages into clean images or PDFs rather than maintaining reusable document templates, ScreenshotNeo is a separate option worth considering.
What CraftMyPDF actually limits
CraftMyPDF is a reusable PDF and image template service with a drag-and-drop editor, REST API, and integrations. Its API documentation says you can generate PDFs and images, create, update, list, and delete templates, merge and split PDFs, convert PDFs to images, poll asynchronous jobs, and upload custom assets. API requests use an account API key over HTTPS regional endpoints.
The current pricing page lists a finite template allowance on every tier. The figures below are the vendor’s displayed prices and quotas, accessed September 29, 2026; subscription terms and features can change.
| Plan | Templates | Monthly PDF/image allowance | Monthly price (USD) | Annual price shown (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 3 | 50 | $0 | $0 |
| Lite | 6 | 1,200 | $29 | $290 |
| Plus | 15 | 3,000 | $49 | $490 |
| Professional | 50 | 12,000 | $99 | $990 |
| Premium | 1,000 | 40,000 | $299 | $2,990 |
| Business | 10,000 | 150,000 | $499 | $4,990 |
One generated PDF consumes one credit regardless of page count, according to CraftMyPDF. Other operations, including e-signature and watermarking, use credits differently, so a high page count is not the only workload variable.

Features included across the tiers
All listed plans include the REST API, Zapier, Make.com, and Bubble.io integrations. Team collaboration, bring-your-own storage, and PDF passwords begin at Professional. The pricing page lists DPA availability from Lite upward. CraftMyPDF also says customers beyond Business can discuss volume pricing, SLA, render region, and storage options.
Is there a verified unlimited-template alternative?
Not from the evidence currently available. CraftMyPDF’s alternatives directory names DocuSign, SignEasy, Nutrient, DocRaptor, PDF Noodle, Templated, PDFMonkey, PDF Generator API, Bannerbear, Airtable Page Designer, and Documint. Being listed there does not establish that any of them has unlimited templates, equivalent generation quotas, or the same API model.
Orshot is a plausible lead because a recent Orshot-authored search result says unlimited templates are available on every plan. The article itself could not be opened, so its claim, pricing, template scope, and generation limits remain unverified. Do not describe Orshot—or any directory entry—as unlimited until its current official plan page confirms the wording.
What “unlimited” must mean in writing
Ask the vendor to identify the exact resource covered by the word. A useful confirmation should answer all of these questions:
- Is the limit per account, workspace, organization, or individual user?
- Are archived, draft, duplicated, or imported templates counted?
- Does “unlimited” cover only stored templates, or also active production templates?
- Are there hidden file-size, asset-count, API, or storage ceilings?
- Can templates be created and updated through the API, or only in the editor?
- What happens when a plan is downgraded or a workspace is closed?
How to compare candidates without being misled by the headline
An unlimited template count solves only one constraint. Compare the dimensions below before moving production documents.
Rank #2
- Material: These templates are made of acrylic material, sturdy and durable, the products are packed in a carton box to avoid transportation damage.
- Size: There are 3 different sizes in a package, thickness is about 2.5mm, please refer to the pictures for detailed inside and outside dimensions, suitable for most common sticky notes.
- Crafting Tools: These guides are designed for easy placement of cardboard covers when making notebook covers, small planers, etc.
- Wide Usage: This tool guide will help you to make your own perfect note book or mini book with whole pieces of sticky notes, the fixed template is perfect for beginners.
- Specially Gift: You can use this template to make a unique note book for your loved ones, family members or friends that they will never forget.
| Decision area | Questions to document | Why it changes the outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Template capacity | Maximum stored templates, counting scope, archive rules, and API-created templates | A nominally unlimited plan may still constrain workspaces, users, assets, or active designs. |
| Generation volume | Monthly PDF/image allowance, overage price, burst limits, and whether pages or operations consume credits | Unlimited storage does not mean unlimited rendering. |
| Workflow | REST API, synchronous response, asynchronous jobs, polling, webhooks, retries, and idempotency | High-volume systems need predictable job handling, not only an editor. |
| Integrations | Zapier, Make.com, Bubble.io, native SDKs, webhooks, and import/export formats | Replacing an integration can cost more engineering time than the subscription. |
| Collaboration | Seats, roles, approvals, version history, shared workspaces, and embedded or white-label editors | A single-user unlimited plan may not fit a design or operations team. |
| Storage and security | Bring-your-own storage, retention, encryption, regional rendering, DPA, access controls, and PDF passwords | Data residency and compliance can rule out an otherwise inexpensive service. |
| Commercial terms | Monthly versus annual billing, overages, support response, SLA, and enterprise contract terms | A low list price may not cover your reliability or support requirements. |
When staying with CraftMyPDF is rational
If 10,000 templates is enough for the foreseeable future, switching solely for the word “unlimited” may add risk without solving a current problem. CraftMyPDF already exposes template-management and document-manipulation APIs, and every listed plan includes its REST API and the named no-code integrations.
Estimate your headroom before deciding. Count production templates separately from experiments, regional or branded variants, and archived designs. Then compare that number with the plan’s allowance and model growth for at least the next billing year. Also calculate credits from actual operations: a one-page and a 100-page generated PDF each consume one PDF credit under CraftMyPDF’s stated rule, while other operations may consume credits differently.
When an alternative is worth the migration
You repeatedly hit the template ceiling
Export a complete inventory, including assets, fonts, data bindings, and version history, before contacting vendors. Ask for a written statement that the destination can import or recreate the inventory without an undisclosed active-template cap.

Your workload is rendering-heavy
Compare generation quotas and counting rules rather than template counts. Request an example invoice for your expected mix of PDFs, images, signatures, watermarks, and asynchronous jobs. Verify whether failed jobs consume credits and whether retries are safe.
Rank #3
You need stronger governance
Check role-based permissions, approval flows, audit history, retention controls, regional processing, DPA terms, and customer-managed storage. CraftMyPDF lists some of these features only from Professional upward, so a cheaper tier may not be comparable even if it stores more templates.
A practical verification process before switching
- Capture the current baseline. Record template count, monthly renders, average and peak job rates, integrations, storage location, and the exact operations that consume credits.
- Obtain primary plan evidence. Save the candidate’s current pricing and limits pages and ask support to confirm template scope, generation quotas, and overage behavior in writing.
- Run a representative proof of concept. Recreate several simple and complex templates, including images, fonts, conditional data, multi-page output, and failure recovery.
- Test the production path. Exercise authentication, asynchronous jobs, polling or webhooks, retries, rate limits, timeouts, and concurrent requests.
- Validate legal and operational requirements. Confirm DPA, retention, regional rendering, backup/export, support coverage, and SLA language for the plan you would actually buy.
- Plan coexistence. Keep CraftMyPDF available while a new service proves output parity and stable billing. Migrate template families in batches rather than changing every document at once.
ScreenshotNeo: a different alternative for web-to-image or web-to-PDF work
ScreenshotNeo is not a drop-in replacement for a reusable PDF-template library. It is a website screenshot API and MCP server: one GET request captures a URL as PNG, JPEG, WebP, or PDF. It is useful when your “template” is a rendered web page, report route, dashboard, or HTML/CSS view and you want a clean visual output without operating a browser.
It is the first alternative to try for that narrower use case because it removes cookie-consent banners, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; only clean shots are billed; and bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits cost nothing. Each response identifies the result with X-Page-Verdict and X-Billed headers.

One-call example
After creating an account, use the API documented at https://screenshotneo.com/docs/:
curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp
The same endpoint supports full-page captures with lazy images loaded, CSS-selector element captures, dark mode, 12 device presets or a custom viewport, retina scale, PDF paper size and margins, landscape mode and page ranges, HTML/CSS-to-image rendering, custom CSS and JavaScript, pre-capture clicks, hidden selectors, waits for a selector, delay or network idle, ad/tracker/request/resource blocking, custom headers, cookies, user agents and Authorization, timezone and geolocation, transparent backgrounds, image resizing, configurable-TTL caching, signed links for public <img> tags, asynchronous jobs with signed webhooks, bulk capture of up to 100 URLs per call, a usage API, and an OpenAPI specification. Parameter names used by other screenshot APIs also work, which can reduce switching effort.

Common failure modes during evaluation
“Unlimited” disappears after import
Cause: the vendor applies a workspace, active-template, asset, or file-size limit that was not included in the marketing claim. Fix: test the largest realistic import and retain the written definition of unlimited before signing.
Output looks different from CraftMyPDF
Cause: font substitution, unsupported conditional logic, image-resolution changes, or different pagination engines. Fix: compare rendered PDFs at the same paper size and fonts, then document intentional differences before migration.
Costs rise despite fewer templates
Cause: the alternative counts pages, API operations, retries, or images differently. Fix: replay a month of real jobs and calculate credits using the destination’s counting rules, including failed and asynchronous work.
API jobs stall in production
Cause: missing polling, webhook verification, timeout, retry, or rate-limit handling. Fix: implement bounded retries with idempotency, monitor job states, and test provider outage and duplicate-delivery scenarios before cutover.

Can I ask CraftMyPDF for more than 10,000 templates?
Yes. CraftMyPDF says customers above Business can contact it about volume pricing, SLA, render region, and storage options. Obtain the resulting limit and terms in a written quote rather than assuming the Business allowance becomes unlimited.
Does an unlimited-template plan include unlimited PDFs?
Not necessarily. Template storage and document generation are separate commercial dimensions. Confirm the monthly allowance, overage pricing, and credit-counting rules independently.
Is ScreenshotNeo suitable for editable, data-bound PDF templates?
No. ScreenshotNeo captures rendered URLs and can return images or PDFs; it does not replace a template editor and template-management API. Use it when the source is a web page, report route, dashboard, or HTML/CSS view.
What should I preserve if I leave CraftMyPDF?
Keep the source template definitions, assets, fonts, data mappings, generated output samples, API payloads, and a record of the original credit and pagination behavior. That package makes parity testing and rollback possible.
