Contact Form V20 is a free Colorlib template for adding a compact contact form to an existing webpage. Its four fields are name, email, subject, and message, arranged over a Google Maps background. It supplies a front-end layout, not a verified submission service: check its downloaded code and connect a backend before relying on it to deliver messages.
What Contact Form V20 includes
Colorlib describes V20 as a basic, responsive contact form displayed over a Google Maps background. The collection presents it as a compact card to embed within a page rather than a complete contact-page system.

The collection says the template includes its own styles and is intended to look consistent on a host page using Bootstrap 4, 5, 6, or no framework. That is Colorlib’s stated design intent, not independent compatibility testing. Colorlib’s V20 page and its contact-form collection describe the template and its intended use.

A form’s appearance does not establish that it can send messages. The reviewed Colorlib descriptions do not specify a backend, submission-delivery setup, or spam protection for V20. Before publishing, inspect the downloaded files and determine how the form’s submit action is handled. Connect it to a suitable server-side handler or form service, configure where messages go, and test a real submission, including validation and error handling.
#1 Best Overall
- Confirm a submission reaches the intended destination.
- Check what happens when required fields are missing or the service is unavailable.
- Use appropriate spam controls; do not assume they are included in the visual template.
License and attribution
The V20 page lists a CC BY 3.0 license. Colorlib’s collection says its free forms may be used for personal and commercial projects if the Colorlib credit link is retained. Keep that attribution when using the template, and consult the license terms for any use beyond incorporating it into a project. The cited pages do not establish permission to redistribute the template without credit. V20’s listing and the collection’s terms provide the publisher’s statements.
