Contact Form V18 is a downloadable HTML/CSS contact-page template, not a hosted form service. Although its title says “with Google Map,” Colorlib’s 2026 collection describes the map treatment as a static image behind the form—not a live, interactive Google Maps embed. You will need a separate backend or form service if submissions must reach an inbox or another system.
What Contact Form V18 includes
Colorlib presents V18 as a location-page design with five fields: name, email, phone, company, and message. Its individual page also describes a topic-selection dropdown, social buttons, and an image background; the newer collection’s field list does not mention the dropdown, so check the current download to confirm which elements are present. Colorlib reports a 290 KB download, a publisher-listed size rather than an independently measured archive size. Colorlib’s V18 page and its 2026 collection provide the descriptions.

What “with Google Map” means here
The title wording can suggest an interactive map, but Colorlib’s 2026 collection describes V18’s map as a static image behind the form. A static image does not provide the pan, zoom, or other map interactions of an embedded map. The same collection distinguishes other layouts that use live, keyless Google Maps embeds; those descriptions should not be read as V18 features. What you need to make submissions work
The template’s appearance does not itself establish that messages will be delivered. Colorlib says a backend or form-processing service must be connected, naming Formspree, PHP mail, Nodemailer, and SendGrid as possible approaches. Its collection describes Formspree as requiring no backend coding, but does not say that V18 ships with a configured endpoint or account. Choose an option that fits your hosting environment and how you want to receive or route submissions, then configure and test it separately. How to decide whether V18 fits
- Choose it for a location page with a visual map: its described static map image can supply context without promising an interactive map.
- Choose another layout if visitors must use a live map: Colorlib says some other map designs in the collection use live, keyless Google Maps embeds. Confirm the exact behavior of the current download.
- Check the fields against your needs: the collection lists name, email, phone, company, and message. If you need a different set or topic dropdown, verify the archive rather than relying on descriptions that differ.
- Plan message handling: identify the backend or form service that will receive submissions before publishing the page.
License and compatibility checks
Colorlib’s collection states that its templates are free for personal and commercial use under CC BY 3.0 when the credit link is retained. Treat that as a publisher-reported summary: read the license attached to the current download, including its attribution requirements, before using the template. The collection also says the templates use HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript and can run alone or within Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects. That is not an independent compatibility test, so check the files in your own project before deployment. Colorlib’s collection has these license and implementation claims.

Colorlib’s individual V18 page displays April 21, 2018, and also labels the template “Released: April 2026.” Those entries conflict, so neither should be treated as a verified release date. Current archive contents, file size, license terms, and behavior may change; inspect the download and its included files rather than assuming the page description guarantees them. The individual page shows both date labels.
