Preview the current form and inspect the downloaded files rather than assuming the listing describes every implementation detail. In particular, determine where a submission goes and who can access it. A visible submit button alone does not establish that a working submission endpoint, email notification, or booking record is configured.

Can V21 be used with Bootstrap?
Colorlib’s roundup describes its registration-form collection generally as responsive HTML and CSS, with a few lines of vanilla JavaScript where needed. It says the templates can be used as standalone pages or within Bootstrap 4, 5 and 6 projects. That is collection-level guidance, not confirmation that V21 has been tested in each of those setups.
