Colorlib Reg Form V25 is a room-booking form interface for hotel or accommodation websites, not an account-registration form or a complete reservation system. It presents booking details for guests to enter; a working booking flow still needs server-side handling to check and save reservations.
What Colorlib Reg Form V25 is for
The original V25 page describes a simple, minimal “book a room” form with date pickers, dropdowns, and a checkbox. Its purpose is to collect room-booking details rather than create a user account. The original page is dated April 11, 2021, and lists Colorlib as the author and a CC BY 3.0 license. See Colorlib’s V25 template page.

Colorlib’s current registration-form collection makes the distinction explicit: V25 is “A room-booking form rather than a registration.” The collection describes it as a hotel and room-booking form, not a general signup form. View the current collection listing.

Fields and controls described in the current listing
Colorlib’s current collection describes these controls:
#1 Best Overall
- Check-in and check-out date pickers
- Adult and child counts, each with options from one to six
- Name and phone fields
- A “Book Room” button
This is the field list in the collection description, not a guarantee that every downloadable package revision has identical markup or behavior. Review the actual files before building around a particular control.
What you need to make it a real booking flow
The visible form is only the interface. It does not by itself establish room availability, store a reservation, send a confirmation, or connect to a property-management system. Colorlib’s general form guidance says to set the form’s action to an endpoint and process the POST on the server. It also advises repeating validation on the server rather than relying only on front-end checks. These are general instructions for Colorlib forms, not a verified feature audit of every V25 archive. Read Colorlib’s form guidance.

- Choose a submission endpoint. Configure the form to submit to a server route or service that your site controls.
- Validate the submitted data on the server. Check dates, guest counts, and required contact details on receipt; browser-side validation alone can be bypassed.
- Connect the endpoint to reservation logic. Your application must determine availability and save or route the request appropriately before presenting the form as a confirmed booking.
Check the package before integrating it
Colorlib’s September 2026 collections say its older forms were rebuilt as dependency-free HTML and CSS, with a few lines of vanilla JavaScript where needed, and are intended to work standalone or inside Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects. That is a collection-level statement, not proof that the V25 download first published in 2021 has those exact files, dependencies, or behavior. Inspect the specific download and its scripts before integrating it into an existing project.

License and bundled assets
The original V25 page lists CC BY 3.0, and Colorlib’s current collection says that license applies to the templates it discusses and requires keeping the credit link. Before publishing or redistributing a modified version, check the downloaded package’s license and notices. The template’s license statement alone does not establish the rights for every third-party image, font, or other bundled asset.
