What Colorlib Booking Form V13 includes
V13 is a front-end booking form template intended for taxi and car-rental websites. Its purpose is to let customers enter booking details through a form designed to work on mobile devices and other screen sizes. Colorlib describes its snippets as HTML and CSS with a small amount of vanilla JavaScript, without a requirement for jQuery, Bootstrap files, or a date-picker plugin. The main-list forms can also be used in Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects.

The date and pickup-time inputs use the browser’s native pickers. As Colorlib explains, “The date and pickup time fields use the browser’s own pickers, so there is no date-picker plugin to add or load.” Native picker appearance and behavior can vary by browser and device.
Does the template actually book a taxi?
No. The template supplies the form interface, but it does not process a real booking or payment. To make it operational, connect its submission to a backend, booking system, or form service that can store requests and support the business’s booking workflow.
A working implementation also needs to define how customers receive confirmations and how prices and availability are determined. Availability should be checked again on the server when a request is submitted: two customers may choose the same slot before either booking is confirmed. A form that merely displays the fields cannot prevent that conflict.

V13 is a reasonable starting point when a taxi or rental business needs customers to provide a pickup date and time. Before adopting it, map the form fields to the information your service actually needs and decide where each submission will go.
- For taxi or rental requests: verify that the form collects the pickup date and time, along with any other details your dispatch or rental process requires.
- For hourly appointments: make sure customers can choose explicit time slots, rather than only entering a date and pickup time. Colorlib points to its Appointment Form V01–V09 collection for this kind of workflow.
- For live booking: confirm that the connected system handles current availability, price display, and timezone conversion where relevant. These capabilities are not provided simply by adding the front-end template.
Colorlib identifies V14 as another taxi and rental form. Compare the actual fields and the backend workflow you intend to use; the template alone does not establish which option will fit a particular business better.
