StarWars.com describes Zero Company as a single-player, turn-based tactics game and says players can customize Hawks and fill the team with original and custom-made Star Wars characters, including adjustments to appearance, loadout, and abilities. Those names and roles belong to that article’s roster concept; the official sources reviewed do not confirm the six as a set, verify those role assignments, or establish that each is directly recruitable in Zero Company. The official final-trailer coverage mentions allies including a clone trooper, a Mandalorian, and a Tognath Jedi Padawan, but does not identify them as the proposed Legacy Squad. StarWars.com’s trailer coverage therefore supports the game’s unconventional-team premise, not this roster’s membership.

How to think about a themed team in Zero Company
A lore-themed roster and a tactics-focused roster are different ways a player might approach customization, not official categories in the game. A Clone Wars theme prioritizes the story or era a player wants the team to evoke. A tactical approach would instead prioritize the characters’ available abilities and loadouts for a mission. The official game description confirms customization, but does not document the proposed six-person lineup or provide a verified tactical build for it; treat any specific role or performance claim as unconfirmed unless it is supported by current in-game information.

Star Wars Zero Company launched on August 27, 2026. EA announced availability on PC through the EA app, Steam, and Epic Games Store, as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles. For the launch status and listed platforms, see EA’s announcement. The release date changes the wording of older pre-launch coverage, but does not by itself confirm the proposed Legacy Squad as an in-game feature.
