Casino Click State Availability 2026: Which States Are Excluded?

Casino.Click's published rules exclude residents of ten U.S. states and require users to be 18 or older. Here is the list, the residency terms, and what third-party 2026 guides say about Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins access.

Casino.Click’s own support page and Customer Acceptance Policy exclude residents of ten U.S. states. Under the operator’s published rules, a resident of one of those states is not eligible to use the service. The exclusion list is the only state-level restriction the operator’s pages state directly. Third-party guides from 2026 describe finer distinctions, but the operator’s pages do not confirm them.

The question is also worded as “legal,” which is the wrong test here. The operator’s pages describe who may use Casino.Click. They do not say whether online casino gambling is legal in a given state, and they do not show that Casino.Click is state-licensed.

The ten excluded states

Casino.Click’s support page says the service is unavailable in the following states, and its Customer Acceptance Policy repeats the same list:

  • California
  • Connecticut
  • Idaho
  • Michigan
  • Montana
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Nevada
  • Tennessee
  • Washington

If you live in one of these states, the operator’s published rules make you ineligible. The exclusion is based on residence as stated in the policy. Nothing in the operator’s pages describes an exception for travelers or for players who are physically present in an excluded state.

MGM Resorts eGift Card
  • Redeemable at participating locations at MGM Resorts destinations.
  • Redemption: Instore
  • No returns and no refunds on gift cards.

Age and residency conditions

The Customer Acceptance Policy, last updated September 30, 2025, sets three conditions for an individual customer:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must live in the United States.
  • You must live outside the ten excluded states listed above.

Meeting these conditions makes you eligible under the policy. It does not guarantee that every feature of the service works in your state. The next two sections explain why.

What 2026 third-party guides say about access tiers

A June 2026 third-party guide describes a split between two kinds of access. Casino.Click uses two currencies: Gold Coins, used for play, and Sweeps Coins, which can be redeemed for prizes. The guide reports that some states allow Gold Coins play only, while others allow no access at all. The table below sets that guide’s claims beside the operator’s published exclusions.

State Operator’s published status June 2026 third-party guide
California Excluded Gold Coins-only
Connecticut Excluded Gold Coins-only
Idaho Excluded Gold Coins-only
Michigan Excluded No access
Montana Excluded Gold Coins-only
New Jersey Excluded Gold Coins-only
New York Excluded Gold Coins-only
Nevada Excluded Gold Coins-only
Tennessee Excluded Not stated
Washington Excluded Gold Coins-only
Indiana Not named in the exclusion list Changes to Gold Coins-only on July 1, 2026
Kentucky Not named in the exclusion list Reopened to full access

The guide’s column conflicts with the operator’s column. The operator says the ten states are excluded, while the guide describes Gold Coins play in most of them. The operator’s pages retrieved for this article do not address Gold Coins play by state, so the guide’s tiers should be treated as unverified.

  • This item is not eligible for refund, resale, or return. Available for sale within the United States only. Not available to residents of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, New Mexico, South Dakota, West Virginia and the US Virgin Islands.

Two further points apply. First, the guide’s Indiana change was scheduled for July 1, 2026, a date that has already passed; the operator’s pages do not confirm that the change took effect. Second, a listing under “Not named in the exclusion list” means only that the operator’s residency rule does not name the state. It is not a confirmation that the service is available there.

Two separate questions: access and redemption

Eligibility for Casino.Click can be read as two separate questions:

  • Access: whether a resident can open an account and play with Gold Coins.
  • Redemption: whether a resident can use Sweeps Coins to request prizes.

The operator’s pages provide a general exclusion list, but they do not publish separate state lists for these two activities. Any claim that a state permits play but not redemption, or the reverse, depends on the third-party guide and has not been confirmed by the operator.

Why this is not a state licensing list

Casino.Click’s eligibility pages describe customer acceptance and restricted jurisdictions. They do not establish Casino.Click as a real-money online casino licensed by any state. Do not read the exclusion list as a map of where online casino gambling is legal. Each state sets its own rules for online gambling, and those rules are separate from an operator’s own residency restrictions.

For broader context on the commercial gaming industry, the American Gaming Association’s 2026 report, covering 2025, states that commercial gaming operators paid $17.86 billion in direct gaming tax revenue to state and local governments in 2025, up 12.3% from 2024. That figure describes commercial gaming generally. It does not describe Casino.Click or say anything about its legal status.

How to check your eligibility before you register

  1. Open Casino.Click’s support page and read the list of restricted jurisdictions. If your state appears there, you are not eligible under the operator’s published rules.
  2. Read the Geographic Residence section of the Customer Acceptance Policy, which carries the same exclusions and the 18+ requirement.
  3. Check the operator’s current terms and sweeps rules for any state tier or redemption restriction. Third-party guides advise this too: a September 28, 2026 guide tells readers to consult the operator’s current terms, because state restrictions can change.
  4. If a third-party guide places your state in a Gold Coins-only or no-access category, do not assume that the category applies to you. Look for the same restriction in the operator’s own terms before you register or rely on access.
  5. Keep a record of the page and date you checked. Operator terms are updated, and a guide’s date tells you when it was written, not when the operator last changed its rules.
