Its official pricing page lists monthly plans in US dollars: Free at $0, Starter at $7, Pro at $29 and Ultimate at $89. To find the amount that will apply to you, check the live checkout before confirming payment; don’t treat a currency conversion as CaptureKit’s INR price.
CaptureKit plans and screenshot quotas
CaptureKit’s current pricing page lists four monthly plans. A successful screenshot capture costs one credit, so the last column is the arithmetic maximum if you spend every included credit on successful screenshot captures alone. Other billable endpoints draw from the same pool and reduce that number.

| Plan | Published monthly price | Included credits | Screenshot-only equivalent per billing period |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 100 | Up to 100 successful captures |
| Starter | $7 | 1,000 | Up to 1,000 successful captures |
| Pro | $29 | 10,000 | Up to 10,000 successful captures |
| Ultimate | $89 | 50,000 | Up to 50,000 successful captures |
Prices and quotas are those shown on CaptureKit’s pricing page, accessed in 2026. The screenshot equivalents are calculations from the plan quotas and the documented one-credit cost of a successful screenshot, not separate CaptureKit promises. The service also lists PNG, JPEG, WebP and PDF output, plus options such as caching, cookie-banner blocking, S3 upload, a Page Content API, workflow integrations, stealth mode and AI summarization. Check the live plan matrix to confirm which features are included at a particular tier.
How much does CaptureKit cost in INR?
The official pricing information establishes USD prices, not a fixed rupee list price. CaptureKit directs buyers to checkout for the live amount before payment confirmation. That checkout amount—not a conversion using an assumed exchange rate—is the appropriate figure for your purchase. The available information does not establish a tax-inclusive INR total for every India-based customer.
The amount presented to an individual buyer may depend on the live checkout and payment details. For a specific charge, verify the amount shown before confirming and retain the final receipt. CaptureKit’s historical announcement about moving payment systems from Lemon Squeezy to Stripe does not establish today’s checkout currency, exchange rate or tax treatment. General Stripe information about India likewise cannot determine how CaptureKit configures its own checkout.
Credits, renewals and annual billing
What one credit covers
CaptureKit documents one credit for each successful screenshot capture. Other billable endpoints also use credits, so the plan’s total quota is not necessarily the number of screenshots you can take if your integration uses multiple API features. Its documentation says successful synchronous calls are billable, failed jobs are not, and asynchronous captures are billed on successful completion; status polling is free. Check the endpoint-specific documentation for any edge cases.
When credits reset
Subscription credits renew each billing period, and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Credits from one-time API packs do not reset and remain available until consumed. Quotas are shared across API keys in a workspace, along with that workspace’s rate limits.

Rank #2
Monthly versus annual payment
CaptureKit advertises a 10% discount for annual billing. The published monthly prices do not establish the resulting annual invoice total in rupees, so confirm the live checkout amount rather than deriving an INR figure from the monthly list price.
Plan changes
CaptureKit’s billing guide says upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge, while downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Checkout displays the live amount before confirmation.

Choosing a plan from expected usage
Start with the number of successful captures you expect in a billing period, then subtract credits needed for any other billable endpoints. For example, a workspace on Starter has 1,000 monthly credits; using some for other endpoints leaves fewer than 1,000 credits available for screenshots. Since API keys in a workspace share the quota, estimate usage across the workspace rather than per key. The right plan depends on your call volume and API mix; the published figures alone do not identify a best tier for every reader.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.ScreenshotNeo: an alternative to try first
If you are comparing screenshot APIs, ScreenshotNeo is an alternative to consider first: it removes known cookie and consent banners, newsletter popups and chat widgets before capture, and only clean shots are billed. It reports whether a request was a bot check, blank page, timeout, failed load, cache hit or clean shot through response headers.
One-call example
ScreenshotNeo returns an image or PDF from one GET request. This cURL example saves a WebP screenshot:
Quick Recap
curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp
See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for request options. Cookie-banner and popup removal steps can be turned off individually. ScreenshotNeo also provides an MCP server with tools for AI agents, including Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients. Its Free plan includes 1,000 shots per month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 shots. Sign up for 1,000 free screenshots a month with no card.
