King Community guidance says new levels are added weekly, so the total changes over time. The exact live maximum for each platform is not established by the available sources; check the game’s current map or a recent King update for a dated count.
Why there is no lasting level total
Candy Crush Saga’s Saga Map is an expanding catalog, not a campaign with a stable endpoint. A player’s highest available level is therefore a snapshot: it can change as King releases more levels and may differ by platform or app version. Any precise total should include the date checked, platform and version.

A King Community reply says 60 new levels arrive each Wednesday. That is community guidance, not a verified live schedule for every platform. The reply also gives a maximum level number, but that figure is outdated and should not be used as the current total. See the King Community “New levels” discussion.
How to find your current frontier
- Open the Saga Map in Candy Crush Saga and note the highest level available to you. This is your own visible frontier, not necessarily a global maximum.
- Record the context: the date, whether you are playing on mobile, Facebook or Windows, and the app version shown by your device or game client.
- If newer levels seem missing, update the app and check the map again. Updating is the remedy suggested in the King Community reply; availability can still depend on platform and release timing.
- For a published or shared total, use a recent King update and state its date and platform. Do not treat an undated number or an old community reply’s maximum as current.
Do seasonal events add permanent Saga Map levels?
Not necessarily. Time-limited events can use Saga Map progress as an objective while adding their own event-specific steps and rewards. For example, a King Community post dated August 26, 2026 described Music Season as four episodes totaling around 60 levels, with special episode-end levels and a goal to collect 15 records. The post also listed 200 Gold Bars as the grand prize. Those details describe that dated event, not a permanent change to the Saga Map or a reward that can be assumed to remain available. Do you have to pay to finish levels?
The cited sources do not establish that purchases are required to complete any Candy Crush Saga level. King’s 2026 report on mobile games describes optional free-to-play purchase categories such as in-game currency, extra lives and boosters; that is general market context, not evidence of a requirement to spend in this game. A count is useful only when it is tied to a particular point in time and a specific version or platform. Because the catalog expands, a number found in an older article or community reply may describe the frontier at the time it was posted rather than the one available now. The sources cited here do not establish today’s exact maximum on mobile, Facebook or Windows, so there is no defensible single current total to report.
