Not as a built-in YouTube feature documented in YouTube Help. YouTube describes Live as a broadcast feed sent through a supported workflow, including an encoder; its playlist guidance covers organizing a stream’s archive and highlights, not automatically playing uploaded tour videos as one continuous Live event. You can publish the tours in a regular playlist, or investigate an external encoder-based workflow that sends a live feed to YouTube.
What “playlist” means here
A YouTube video playlist groups published videos for viewers to watch in sequence. A YouTube Live broadcast is a live feed sent to the platform. YouTube’s documented Live methods include mobile, webcam, encoder, and console, while its playlist guidance addresses organizing a live archive and highlight clips after an event. The reviewed guidance does not describe a YouTube Studio control that turns a playlist of uploaded apartment tours into a continuous Live broadcast. YouTube’s live streaming overview and its playlist guidance explain those separate workflows.

Ways to present the tours
Publish a regular tour playlist
For viewers who simply want tours to play one after another, publish the individual tours and organize them in a channel playlist. This is the simplest option, but it is not a Live event and does not create the same live watch page or live chat experience.

Send an encoder-fed program to YouTube Live
If the tours must appear as a live program, an external encoder or production workflow can send a live feed to YouTube. YouTube’s encoder instructions describe entering the live server URL and stream key in the encoder. Whether a particular encoder can automatically play a sequence of prerecorded tour files, handle transitions, and keep the feed running is a feature of that software or workflow—not a playlist-to-Live capability established by YouTube’s documentation. Check the chosen tool’s playlist automation and compatibility, and test the complete sequence before promoting it. See YouTube’s encoder setup guidance and stream health guidance.

Schedule separate events and use a handoff
You can schedule a stream to create a promoted watch page and let viewers set reminders. Live Redirect can send viewers to another live stream or a Premiere after the current stream ends. It is an end-of-stream handoff, not a documented way to automatically sequence tour videos or keep one Live event continuously playing. YouTube’s Live Redirect guidance explains the handoff.
Plan duration, replay, and viewer controls
YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. For streams longer than 12 hours, DVR rewind may be limited or unavailable; YouTube’s DVR feature otherwise lets viewers pause, rewind, and continue during a stream. These duration details matter if you are planning an all-day or overnight tour channel: check the current archive and DVR behavior for your intended format rather than assuming a very long broadcast will replay or rewind as expected. See encoder live-stream instructions and DVR guidance.

After an event, you can organize the available archive and highlight clips into a channel playlist. That helps viewers find tours later, but does not retroactively make the broadcast a playlist-driven Live stream.

- Confirm the viewing goal: choose a regular video playlist if sequential viewing is enough; use a Live workflow only when the live event experience is important.
- Verify the encoder’s actual behavior: confirm it can play the tour files in the required order, repeat or stop as intended, and recover from a file or connection interruption. YouTube’s encoder documentation does not promise those automation features.
- Test the entire handoff: if using Live Redirect, verify the next destination is an eligible live stream or Premiere and test the transition; do not assume it will advance through a video playlist.
- Review rights and content: ensure you have permission to broadcast all tour footage, music, and other included material, and review YouTube’s applicable live-stream rules before scheduling.
- Monitor stream health: YouTube recommends encoder use for higher-production-value events and advises monitoring stream health and quality. A test broadcast can expose problems before viewers arrive.
- Account for long-stream limits: decide how you will handle archive access and viewer rewind if a planned session exceeds 12 hours.
