Yes. Apple Vision Pro supports Sony PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers on visionOS 26 and later. Pair the left and right controllers separately in Vision Pro’s Bluetooth settings. Support depends on the app: Apple warns that not all apps work with spatial accessories, so connecting the controllers does not make every Vision Pro game compatible or turn Vision Pro into a PlayStation VR2 headset.
What PSVR2 controllers add to Vision Pro
Apple introduced PlayStation VR2 Sense controller support with visionOS 26. The feature is also covered by Apple’s current support guide, served for visionOS 27. Apple describes six-degrees-of-freedom motion tracking, finger-touch detection and vibration. Apple Developer documentation also describes wireless tracking, hand breakthrough, system navigation and system-level gestures. The available input depends on what an app implements.

Apple describes hand and eye input as Vision Pro’s primary interaction method; spatial accessories provide another option for apps that support them. The controllers are not a universal replacement for hand-and-eye interaction.
How to pair the left and right controllers
Pair each Sense controller separately using Apple’s Vision Pro instructions:

- On the left controller, press and hold the PlayStation and Create buttons until the indicator at the bottom blinks.

If a controller stops blinking before you select it, repeat that controller’s pairing-button step. Apple says controller battery levels and game-controller customization are available under Settings > General > Game Controller. Use Apple’s directions for Vision Pro; Sony’s PS5 pairing instructions are for connecting controllers to a PS5 console.
Which Vision Pro games support PSVR2 controllers?
Apple’s October 15, 2025 Vision Pro announcement named Elu Legend, Pickle Pro, Ping Pong Club and Spatial Rifts as some of the first games supporting PS VR2 controllers. These are early examples from that announcement, not a complete or necessarily current compatibility list. Apple’s support guide cautions: “Not all apps are compatible with spatial accessories.” Check the specific app’s information for controller support before relying on the pair.

Apple also mentioned other gaming experiences and apps, including Portal and Steam Link, but those examples do not establish that every feature in those apps uses PS VR2 controllers.
What to know before buying
Apple’s Vision Pro accessories catalog lists the “PlayStation VR2 Sense Controller & Charging Station.” In an October 15, 2025 announcement, Apple said this bundle would be available through its U.S. online store beginning November 11, 2025, for $249.95 U.S. That is a historical announced price, not confirmation of today’s price, stock, regional availability or package contents; check the retailer’s current listing.

Sony says the controllers can be charged individually with a USB cable or with a separately sold PlayStation VR2 Sense controller charging station. Since Apple’s announced U.S. Vision Pro offer included the station, check what a particular listing contains before buying one separately.

Apple’s June 9, 2025 announcement said, “visionOS 26 also introduces support for the PlayStation VR2 Sense controller.” This establishes controller input support on Vision Pro; it does not establish that Vision Pro runs PlayStation VR2 games, works as a PS5 headset, or supports every game with these controllers. Compatibility is app-specific.
