It said the Crystallized Punisher Pickaxe was not available in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 at that time. Epic has not confirmed in the cited sources whether or when this specific cosmetic will be released. Check the official Fortnite Item Shop for legitimate availability.
What is known about the pickaxe
Beebom reported that dataminers found the pickaxe in game files deployed with the Fortnitemares 2026 update on October 1. That is a report about game files, not an official Epic release announcement. Beebom also refers to it as the Crystal Candy Axe and gives its reported in-game description as “Bring a sinister light to the darkness.”

The report was published October 6, 2026, and described the pickaxe as unreleased in Chapter 7 Season 4. Its status may change because Fortnite cosmetics can rotate into the shop. Epic’s general guidance explains that shop stock rotates and advises players to check back for items that are no longer available; it does not promise that this particular pickaxe will appear. Beebom’s item-specific report and Epic’s shop guidance are the relevant sources.

How to check for legitimate availability
- Open Fortnite’s Item Shop in-game, or view it through Epic’s web browser shop option.
- Look for “Crystallized Punisher” and the alternate name “Crystal Candy Axe.” If it is not listed, there is no confirmed shop purchase available at that time.
- Check again later if you are waiting for a possible shop appearance. Epic says its support team cannot grant items or offers that are not currently in the shop.
Epic’s Item Shop documentation describes the shop generally; it does not announce this pickaxe or provide a release date.

Release date, price, and purchase method
The sources available for this answer do not establish a release date, price, bundle, or other acquisition method for the Crystallized Punisher Pickaxe. Finding an item in game files does not confirm that it is available to buy or when it might be offered. Wait for an official shop listing or announcement rather than relying on predicted dates or prices.

No verified unlock method of that kind is established. Beebom specifically described a viral claim involving a Support-A-Creator code and the “AxeOfSupportChat” Lobby Hack as fake, and said no lobby hack was available to redeem the pickaxe when it published its report. That warning comes from Beebom; the cited sources do not show Epic separately verifying or commenting on that particular video. Do not treat a creator code or alleged lobby hack as a working way to get the cosmetic.
