Yes, if the stream and channel are eligible. YouTube’s published rules allow Super Stickers on eligible live streams and do not list continuous runtime as an exclusion. But YouTube does not expressly guarantee the feature for a single broadcast running 24/7, so that specific conclusion is an inference—not a promise for every always-on stream.
What must be true for Super Stickers to appear?
Super Stickers are paid animated images viewers can buy and display in live chat during eligible live streams and Premieres. A continuous broadcast still needs to meet YouTube’s ordinary channel, video, and live-chat requirements.
The channel must qualify and enable Supers
- The channel must be in the YouTube Partner Program, its owner must be at least 18, and the owner must live in a region where the feature is available. Eligibility is feature- and location-specific; YPP membership alone does not guarantee access. See YouTube’s Super Chat and Super Stickers eligibility, availability and policies.
- The creator must accept and comply with YouTube’s Commerce Product Module or the previously available Commerce Product Addendum. See YouTube Commerce Products monetization policies.
- In YouTube Studio, check the channel’s Earn area and turn on Supers if the option is available. YouTube says Super Chat and Super Stickers surface on eligible live streams and Premieres once setup is complete. Follow YouTube’s instructions to turn Super Chat and Super Stickers on or off.
The specific stream must remain eligible
Super Chat and Super Stickers are unavailable on age-restricted, unlisted, private, Made for Kids, and YouTube Giving fundraiser videos. They are also unavailable when live chat or comments are turned off. These exclusions apply even if the channel otherwise qualifies.
Viewers need YouTube live chat
Viewers can buy Supers in some live chats. YouTube live chat is available on the YouTube watch page, not in embedded players, so a viewer watching an embedded stream may not see the chat experience needed to send a Super Sticker. See YouTube’s overview of live streams.

How to check an always-on stream
- In YouTube Studio, open Earn and confirm that Supers are available and enabled for the channel.
- Check the stream’s visibility and audience settings. It must not be age-restricted, unlisted, private, Made for Kids, or associated with a YouTube Giving fundraiser.
- Make sure live chat and comments are enabled.
- Ask a viewer to open the stream on its YouTube watch page and check whether Super Stickers are offered in live chat.
- If the option still does not appear, review the channel’s eligibility and the stream’s settings in YouTube Studio. YouTube’s published guidance does not specify a separate 24/7 setting or a special continuous-stream exception.
What YouTube’s rules establish about 24/7 broadcasts
YouTube describes Supers for eligible live streams generally, and its listed exclusions concern channel and video eligibility—not a broadcast’s continuous runtime. The official materials do not specifically address one stream running around the clock. It is therefore reasonable to infer that duration alone does not disqualify an otherwise eligible stream, but YouTube does not explicitly guarantee Super Stickers on every 24/7 broadcast.
