Yes. Restream lets you build a prerecorded playlist from videos in its library, arrange those videos in your chosen order, and schedule the playlist to stream to YouTube. This is not the same as importing a YouTube playlist: Restream’s documented workflow uses files already in its library or files you upload.
How to arrange a Restream playlist for YouTube
- From the Restream home screen, choose Pre-recorded livestream, then Playlist.
- Select videos already in your Restream library, or upload files. Continue when you have added the items you want.
- Drag and drop the videos into the order you want them to play. Restream’s guide specifically supports arranging the files before broadcast.
- Optionally add other files or a countdown, and customize designs, captions, or QR codes.
- Preview the playlist, schedule it, and select YouTube as a destination. A scheduled playlist is documented to start automatically at the scheduled time, though a destination platform that requires a manual start may still require action there.
Restream’s instructions describe selecting library videos or uploading files; they do not establish that pasting a YouTube playlist URL imports its contents. See Restream’s playlist guide and YouTube Live event guide.

Playlist limits and changes after scheduling
- A playlist can contain up to 40 videos and run for up to 24 hours.
- You can add, remove, or reorder items only before the playlist goes live. Once it is running, Restream says you can edit graphics and chat, but not the playlist sequence.
- Playlists do not currently support looping. To repeat selected material within a playlist, duplicate the video entries, while staying within the 40-video limit.
- Restream documents looping for a single prerecorded video on eligible plans; that is a separate workflow and does not make a multi-video playlist loop.

Plan eligibility and published capacity
Restream’s playlist guide says the feature is available to users who have purchased an Upload & Stream add-on tier. Its Help Center page, published July 25, 2026, lists these tiers and capacities:

Choose a playlist or a single looping video
- Use a playlist when you need several files to play in a deliberate sequence, and the total runtime and 40-entry limit fit your broadcast. Set the order before the event starts.
- Use a single prerecorded video if repeating one file is the goal and your plan supports that loop workflow. Restream does not document looping a playlist as a whole.
Restream describes Upload & Stream as scheduling recorded video to appear as a live broadcast. For YouTube, the channel must have live streaming enabled; see its YouTube streaming guide. Check that your files and broadcast comply with YouTube’s copyright rules and other platform policies; scheduling prerecorded content does not grant rights to use it.
