Yes. You can schedule videos on multiple YouTube channels and manage a different playlist on each. You schedule each video from the intended channel’s YouTube Studio; playlists are created and organized separately. YouTube’s documented workflow does not schedule a playlist as a unit. If you publish from India, check both the time zone you select in Studio and the date viewers may see on the watch page.
How scheduling videos and managing playlists work
These are two separate tasks. Scheduling makes a private video public at a chosen date and time. A playlist groups videos on a channel and lets you arrange them. YouTube’s instructions cover scheduling individual videos and managing playlists, but do not describe scheduling a playlist itself.
Schedule a video on the right channel
- Switch to the channel that should publish. In YouTube or YouTube Studio, select the channel from the account switcher. Confirm its name and icon before changing anything. YouTube says one Google Account can manage up to 100 channels, but only one channel can be active at a time. See YouTube’s channel-switching instructions.
- Open the video’s publishing settings in YouTube Studio. Create or select the video, then choose Schedule.
- Set the date, time, and time zone. Review the settings and schedule the video. YouTube describes scheduled publishing as making a private video public at a specific time. Follow YouTube’s scheduling instructions.
- Repeat for each video and channel. Switch to the next intended channel, verify its identity, and schedule that channel’s videos separately.
Create or organize each channel’s playlist
While working in a channel’s Studio, create or select that channel’s playlist, choose its visibility, then add and arrange the videos as needed. Repeat within each channel for its own playlists. YouTube’s playlist instructions for Studio on a computer describe creating and managing playlists.
A series playlist is a special playlist type, not a requirement for ordinary playlists. YouTube says a series playlist requires a verified account and that a video cannot appear in more than one series playlist. Those restrictions should not be confused with ordinary playlist management. See YouTube’s series-playlist rules.

India time-zone detail: check the date viewers see
YouTube asks you to choose a time zone when scheduling. Its scheduling help also says the date displayed on the watch page is based on Pacific Standard Time (PST); when the selected time zone is ahead of PST, the watch-page date may differ from the date shown in Studio. For an India-based channel, double-check the intended local publication time and the viewer-facing date, particularly for a schedule near midnight or a calendar-date boundary. The cited instructions do not establish a separate India-specific scheduling workflow.
