In the dashboard’s left menu, choose Customers, then open Segments.
The segment list displays the available groups and the customer count for each one. Select a group to see the customers assigned to it.

What a segment shows
Bluehost defines customer segments as “automatically or manually created groups of customers that share common attributes.” Its guide names VIP, Repeat, New, and At Risk as examples, but does not explain the rules or thresholds used to assign customers to those groups. Treat the labels as categories, not as proof of a particular spending level, order count, or period of inactivity.

Bluehost’s broader AI Store overview also describes customer data, order history, and lifetime value as dashboard capabilities; it does not establish that lifetime value appears as a field on every segment detail page.

Look for purchasing trends that may inform product recommendations or marketing decisions.
These are suggested applications, not guaranteed outcomes. Bluehost recommends reviewing segments regularly, watching for changes in customer activity, and considering multiple segments when tailoring promotions. The documentation does not say whether a campaign can be sent directly from the segment view.

Bluehost describes AI Store as a centralized dashboard for managing a WooCommerce-powered store through the Bluehost Portal. Customer management is one part of the dashboard, alongside areas such as products, orders, performance, promotions, shipping, payments, sales channels, and AI-powered insights. The setup guide also says the Customers area supports viewing existing customers and creating or editing customer profiles.
