The plan says withdrawals will pause temporarily while Blast processes its Lido assets, then resume with a 24-hour delay. The normal Blast interface is scheduled to remain available through October 26, 2026; after that, the notice says withdrawals will require direct interaction with Blast bridge contracts on Ethereum L1.
These are announced plans, not confirmation of the network’s live withdrawal status. What is the Blast withdrawal deadline?
Blast’s announcement sets October 26, 2026 as the last day to use the normal Blast interface. It does not describe that date as the end of asset recovery: according to the notice, assets will remain withdrawable afterward, but users will need to interact directly with Blast bridge contracts on Ethereum L1.

| Through October 26, 2026 | The normal Blast interface is scheduled to remain available. |
| After October 26, 2026 | The notice says assets remain withdrawable through direct interaction with Blast bridge contracts on Ethereum L1; it promised detailed instructions before the deadline. |

Can I still withdraw after October 26?
Blast’s notice says yes: assets are to remain withdrawable after the normal interface cutoff through direct interaction with Blast bridge contracts on Ethereum L1. That is a statement about the announced recovery route, not a guarantee that the process is straightforward or appropriate for every asset or user.
The same notice says Blast would publish detailed contract instructions before the deadline. The available material does not verify that those instructions have been published. Do not rely on guessed contract addresses or instructions from unofficial posts; check Blast’s verified channels for the current official guidance.

How do I withdraw Blast assets to Ethereum?
The announcement names Ethereum mainnet as the destination and includes balances held in Blast PWA in its withdrawal request. It does not provide transaction-by-transaction instructions, nor does it establish that every token, application position or other on-network asset will move automatically. Treat this as a withdrawal to Ethereum, not an automatic migration of every position.
- Confirm the live status. Check Blast’s verified official channels for whether withdrawals are available, the current delay and the applicable interface deadline.
- Use the official route and instructions. The Blast bridge page displayed Deposit, Withdraw and History controls, a Connect Wallet button, and ETH and BLAST selectors when viewed on October 4, 2026. Those visible controls do not confirm that withdrawals are enabled or override the shutdown notice.
- For a post-deadline withdrawal, wait for verified contract guidance. The announcement describes direct interaction with Blast bridge contracts on Ethereum L1 but the available material does not supply the promised detailed steps.
- Protect your wallet credentials. Never share a seed phrase or private key with anyone claiming to help with a withdrawal.
Why are Blast withdrawals paused?
Blast said it was winding down because ongoing network maintenance costs exceeded Layer 2 revenue and the team saw no credible path to economic sustainability. That is the team’s stated rationale, not an independently audited finding. The notice says the temporary withdrawal pause is for processing Blast’s Lido assets.

Which wallets are supported, and is a hardware wallet required?
The shutdown notice does not name a wallet provider, publish a wallet-compatibility list, or identify a dedicated support contact. The bridge page’s Connect Wallet control shows that a wallet connection is part of the visible interface, but it does not establish which wallets are supported for shutdown withdrawals.
The available information does not say that a hardware wallet or other physical device is required. Confirm wallet support and support routes through Blast’s verified channels rather than relying on an unverified compatibility claim.
