If Bitmoji is missing from Samsung Keyboard, first check whether your device is eligible: Bitmoji says its Samsung Keyboard integration works only on select Samsung devices running Android 10 or later. On an eligible device, sign in to the Bitmoji app, open Samsung Keyboard in a chat, and tap the sticker icon. For suggestions as you type, tap the blue bubble and choose Bitmoji. The feature is not guaranteed on every Galaxy, and available settings can differ by software version or carrier.
Check whether your Samsung device supports Bitmoji
Bitmoji’s Samsung Keyboard support guide says the feature is available on “select Samsung devices running Android 10 or later.” Android 10 is a minimum requirement, not a guarantee that every Samsung device on that version supports the integration. Bitmoji does not publish a complete supported model or carrier list in that guide.

If the device is older than Android 10, or is not a supported Samsung model, the integrated sticker option may not appear. If it meets the stated threshold, continue with the setup checks below; eligibility is still not assured solely by the Android version.
Send a Bitmoji sticker from Samsung Keyboard
- Install Bitmoji and sign in. Open the Bitmoji app and confirm that you are signed in.
- Open a chat app. Tap the message field so Samsung Keyboard appears.
- Open stickers. Tap the keyboard’s sticker icon, then choose a Bitmoji sticker.
These are the standard steps in Bitmoji’s Samsung Keyboard instructions. The icon’s location can depend on the keyboard layout and software version.

Turn on Bitmoji sticker suggestions while typing
Sticker suggestions are a separate feature from opening the sticker picker. While typing, tap the blue bubble and select Bitmoji to show smart suggestions, as described by Bitmoji Support.
If suggestions do not appear, look in Samsung Keyboard settings for Suggest stickers while typing and make sure sticker suggestions are enabled. Samsung’s Galaxy tablet keyboard guide describes this setting, including Bitmoji, but notes that screens and options may vary by carrier and software version. The exact menu path or label on your device may differ.

If Bitmoji appears but will not send
Check whether the problem occurs in just one messaging app. Bitmoji notes that some Android apps do not support direct sticker insertion and may require a different sending flow. Its Android keyboard guide does not provide a complete app compatibility list, so an issue in one app does not by itself show that Samsung Keyboard integration is broken.
If the integrated option is still missing
- Recheck eligibility: confirm that you have a Samsung device running Android 10 or later, while bearing in mind that support is limited to select devices.
- Verify sign-in: open Bitmoji itself and check that you are signed in.
- Try the sticker picker and suggestions separately: use the sticker icon for manual selection; use the blue bubble and select Bitmoji for smart suggestions.
- Check the keyboard setting: look for the sticker-suggestion option in Samsung Keyboard settings, allowing for differences by device, carrier, and software version.
- Test another chat app: if stickers can be selected but not inserted in one app, app compatibility may be the issue.
Samsung also documents general keyboard maintenance, including resetting keyboard settings or clearing cache, in its Galaxy phone keyboard guide. Those are general troubleshooting options, not a Bitmoji-specific repair or a guaranteed way to restore the integration.

Use Bitmoji without Samsung Keyboard integration
If the integrated option is unavailable, Bitmoji documents a separate Android Bitmoji Keyboard setup in its Android keyboard guide. Bitmoji also describes other routes, including Gboard, in its Samsung Keyboard guide. These alternatives are distinct from Samsung Keyboard’s built-in sticker flow; whether a sticker can be inserted still depends in part on the messaging app.

If you want to disconnect rather than troubleshoot, open Bitmoji, go to Settings > Connected Apps, and turn off Samsung Keyboard. If Keyboard Content Centre appears in Connected Apps, turn that off as well.
