2. Gyre: another cloud option to evaluate
YouTube’s encoder guide lists Gyre as a cloud-based service for streaming pre-recorded videos continuously. That confirms it fits the category, but does not establish its reliability, price, India availability, or value against other services. Check the current plan and terms directly before committing.

3. OneStream Live: verify the account-specific package
OneStream Live’s help documentation is not a single unambiguous offer. Its September 3, 2026 page says its 24/7 option is YouTube-only, requires Enterprise, and supports streams up to 30 days. A separate September 2, 2026 add-on page describes a YouTube-only 24-hour add-on for up to three concurrent streams, requiring an existing subscription. Ask which package applies to your account and confirm duration, price, and billing before relying on it for a continuous channel.
Use an encoder for live camera, gameplay, or screen capture
A cloud playlist service is not a substitute for a live camera or gameplay feed. YouTube supports both software encoders and standalone hardware encoders. In either case, the encoder sends video to YouTube using the stream URL and stream key from YouTube Studio.

- Check channel eligibility. YouTube says the channel must be verified, have no live-stream restriction in the previous 90 days, and meet the minimum age requirement of 16. First-time live streaming may take up to 24 hours to become enabled. See YouTube’s live-stream eligibility guidance.
- Install or connect an encoder. Choose compatible software for a computer or a standalone hardware encoder for your production. YouTube’s guide does not name one universally best encoder or prescribe settings for every computer, camera, and connection.
- Create or select the stream in YouTube Studio. Open YouTube Studio, start the live-stream setup, and select or create the stream you intend to use.
- Copy the connection details. In the stream setup, copy the stream URL and stream key into the corresponding fields in your encoder. Treat the key as private; anyone who has it may be able to send a feed to your stream. YouTube’s full sequence is in Create a YouTube live stream with an encoder.
- Start sending the feed and confirm it in Studio. Start the encoder output and check the YouTube preview and stream status before sharing the live link. If you change encoders or suspect the key is exposed, update the stream key in Studio and replace it in the encoder.
For upload capacity, Restream recommends at least 10 Mbps and 25 Mbps or higher for Full HD in its own encoder guidance. Those figures are Restream’s recommendations, not YouTube minimums or a guarantee for an Indian connection. Leave headroom above the feed’s bitrate, especially if others share the connection. Plan a continuous stream around YouTube’s rules and archive behavior
Confirm live eligibility before choosing a service
Cloud playout does not bypass YouTube channel eligibility. YouTube’s guidance says a channel needs verification and no live-stream restriction in the prior 90 days, and sets the minimum age at 16. If live streaming is newly enabled, allow up to 24 hours for activation. Check YouTube’s current eligibility information before scheduling a launch.

Use content you have the right to stream
A continuous playlist still has to comply with copyright rules and YouTube policies. Use original recordings or content for which you have the necessary streaming rights; permission to listen to or download a track does not automatically establish permission to broadcast it continuously. YouTube says Partner Program members can monetize a live stream, but that does not mean every 24/7 stream qualifies for monetization or will earn income. Check the copyright safety checklist before building a playlist.
Do not rely on an automatic archive for a stream over 12 hours
YouTube Help states: “All streams under 12 hours will be automatically archived.” It does not promise automatic archiving for streams longer than 12 hours. Costs and practical checks for Indian creators
There is no verified like-for-like India price comparison for the other services in the available sources, so compare their current account-specific terms rather than assuming a plan includes continuous streaming. For any provider, check whether the quoted price covers 24/7 use, how long one stream may run, concurrent stream limits, storage, supported payment methods, and cancellation terms.
For a local encoder, account for the computer or hardware, power, and internet connection that must remain available, as well as the time needed to monitor interruptions. For cloud playout, compare plan duration, storage, and recovery behavior against the value of not operating a home machine. Troubleshoot common setup problems
- Live streaming is not available in Studio: verify the channel and check for a live restriction in the previous 90 days. If this is the first activation, allow up to 24 hours.
- The encoder will not connect: confirm that the stream URL and key were copied into the correct fields, that the key belongs to the selected stream, and that the encoder is actually sending output. Replace a key that may have been exposed.
- The feed drops or becomes unstable: check the computer or encoder’s power and network, and avoid using the full available upload capacity. Restream’s 10 Mbps and 25 Mbps Full HD figures are guidance from that service, not a universal threshold.
- A cloud service stops before the expected time: check whether the account has the required plan or add-on and whether the workflow has a maximum duration. OneStream Live’s cited 30-day and add-on terms are separate, so verify the active package.
- No archive appears after a long broadcast: streams over 12 hours are not covered by YouTube’s stated automatic-archive rule. Use independent recording or shorter segments if the archive matters.
- A stream is blocked or claims appear: review the rights for every video and track in the playlist and address the relevant YouTube notice; a cloud host cannot grant rights to content you do not own or license.
