The best Meta Quest 3 accessory depends on what is limiting your setup: choose a comfort-only strap for a different fit, a battery strap for longer sessions, or a case sized for the strap you actually use. Confirm the exact headset generation on the product listing. Quest 3 and Quest 3S accessories overlap in some listings, but that does not make every accessory interchangeable. Comfort head straps: options without an added battery
A comfort-only strap is the simpler route if runtime is adequate and your main concern is fit. UploadVR discusses KIWI Design, ZyberVR, APEXINNO, and Meta Elite Strap options. Its reviewer preferred the KIWI Design Comfort Head Strap among the alternatives tried and found its rear headrest easier to connect. That is one publication’s hands-on preference, not a guarantee that it will feel best for every wearer.

Fit is personal: consider how the rear support rests on your head and how easily you can adjust the strap, rather than assuming that more padding alone means greater comfort. The standard strap was good enough for roughly an hour in UploadVR’s review context, but that observation is not a universal comfort limit.
Battery straps: more power, with trade-offs
A battery strap combines a replacement head strap and an extra power source. It can reduce interruptions to a session, but the added battery changes weight and balance. Compare the strap shape and battery arrangement alongside the runtime claim; the best fit is wearer-dependent.

Meta Quest Elite Strap with Battery
Target’s listing says Meta’s Elite Strap with Battery works with Quest 3 and Quest 3S, uses a dial fit with flexible rear support, and provides up to two additional hours. Meta’s listing cautions: “Battery life may vary based on headset usage, configurations, and settings.” Treat the figure as a usage-dependent product claim, not a guaranteed session extension. Tom’s Guide named the KIWI Design K4 Duo its best Meta Quest battery strap and lists an approximately three-hour battery-life specification. It also praises the added audio and comfort. Separate power banks: verify the setup before buying
A USB-C power bank is another possible way to extend a session without choosing a battery head strap. The sources cited here do not establish a specific Quest 3 power-bank model or verified specification to recommend by name. Before choosing one, verify its output and cable arrangement against your headset, and make sure the bank can be secured safely without pulling on the cable or creating an awkward balance. A loose bank or poorly routed cable can make a workable power source inconvenient to wear.

Cases: match the interior to your strap
Choose a case after deciding which strap you will use. A case sized around the headset alone may not close around a bulkier replacement strap, especially one with a rear battery.
AMVR TYCB3 hard carrying case
AMVR lists the TYCB3 for Quest 3/3S and gives dimensions of 345 × 245 × 170 mm. The maker says it is designed to fit most third-party straps, including BOBOVR S3 Pro and Meta Elite Strap.
