ACE COMBAT 8: WINGS OF THEVE — new music and a vinyl edition
ACE COMBAT 8 is the pick for readers interested in the newest series entry and its accompanying music releases. A PC Gamer review describes the score as blending a recurring Sotoan hunting-song leitmotif with orchestral writing, rock choruses, and chanting. That is the reviewer’s characterization, rather than an official composer statement; the review also praises how the story, mechanics, and music build toward the finale.
Streaming and physical formats
Bandai Namco Game Music announced that the main theme, “Everflow,” was released worldwide for streaming on September 17, 2026. Its 2026 announcements also include a 45-track remastered ACE COMBAT ZERO soundtrack, released September 20 by download and streaming, and a 20-track 30th anniversary concert album available by download and streaming. These catalog releases are separate from the game’s in-game music features.
The official ACE COMBAT 8 product page lists two LP vinyl records in the Deluxe Edition contents. That supports a physical-format option, but not a claim that the edition is in stock or available in every market. Check the official product page for the listed edition contents.
