What to confirm before choosing
- Continuous duration: Is 24/7 looping included in the exact plan, or is it a scheduled broadcast with a fixed end?
- Library capacity: What are the storage, file-size, playlist-size, and supported-format limits? How are files uploaded or imported?

YouTube rules and operational risks
Do not depend on one 24/7 broadcast for complete archives
YouTube Help says streams shorter than 12 hours can be automatically archived and warns that streams exceeding 12 hours may not be captured at all. If each class needs a reliable replay, ask whether the service can split programming into shorter broadcasts, keep the original class files available as videos, or provide a separate recording workflow. Clear rights for every part of a lesson
Using a cloud service does not grant permission to broadcast the material in your classes. YouTube’s livestream terms place responsibility on the content provider to have the necessary rights for live content on Google services, including applicable music rights. Recorded lessons do not guarantee monetization
YouTube’s channel monetization policy applies to livestreams. It expects content to be original and authentic and says generic, repetitive, or mass-produced material may not qualify. YouTube says first-time live-stream enablement may take up to 24 hours. Enable live access well before launch, verify the account, and test the complete setup privately. For scheduled lessons, plan the event and decide who moderates chat and comments.
