For a prerecorded product showcase that should run continuously on YouTube, start with a managed 24/7 streaming service rather than building a cloud broadcast stack from scratch. StreamNeo is the first option to evaluate: it loops uploaded videos from the cloud, supports any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and offers a free first day. YouTube also lists Gyre as a cloud-based tool for 24/7 prerecorded streaming. If your team needs more control over transcoding and can build and operate the YouTube ingest workflow, Google Cloud Live Stream API is a Mumbai-region building block—not a turnkey YouTube loop service.
Which service should you use?
| Option | Best fit | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| StreamNeo | Creators and businesses that want uploaded videos to loop continuously on YouTube without leaving a computer on. | StreamNeo is YouTube-only. Each slot includes one always-on stream, 10 GB storage per slot pooled across active slots, playlists, automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream, and support. All plans have the same features; only the billing duration changes. |
| Gyre | Creators looking for a managed provider for 24/7 prerecorded YouTube video. | YouTube lists Gyre as a cloud-based tool for 24/7 streaming of prerecorded videos. That listing does not establish Gyre’s current India availability, exact features, pricing, or service-level commitments; confirm those directly with the provider. |
| Google Cloud Live Stream API | A technical team that needs cloud transcoding and can integrate and operate a YouTube ingest workflow. | The service is available in Mumbai (asia-south1), but it is a set of cloud input, transcoding, output, and storage resources—not a turnkey YouTube playlist streamer. Google documents a 24-hour session duration, so continuous operation requires restart and reconnection handling. |
| AWS live media architecture | A broadcast team already using AWS media services, especially when it needs destinations beyond YouTube. | Availability depends on the services and regions selected. AWS’s published example includes CloudFront delivery to viewers and uses US East assumptions, so it is not a like-for-like price for sending a stream to YouTube. |
These options are not interchangeable. A managed service reduces integration and operational work; a cloud API gives a technical team more control but also leaves it responsible for connecting the components, restarting sessions, and monitoring the broadcast.

What the Google Cloud costs do—and do not—tell you
Google’s published Live Stream API table lists H.264 SD input at $0.07 per active hour and H.264 SD output at $0.22 per active hour. These are component rates, not a complete deployment estimate. The final bill depends on configured input and output tiers, active channel time, additional outputs, and supporting services; rates can change.
For scale, a full 24-hour day at those two listed SD rates would total $6.96 for one input and one output, before other charges. That arithmetic is not a quote for a working YouTube setup, nor a monthly INR estimate. Check the current Google Cloud Live Stream API pricing and price the actual design.
AWS’s example is not directly comparable: it estimates $69.74 for one hour, with about 1,000 viewers at SD-540p, combining $2.50 for encoding and packaging with $67.24 for distribution of 791 GB under US East (N. Virginia) assumptions. That delivery cost models viewers receiving the stream through CloudFront. For a YouTube-only showcase, YouTube hosts viewer playback, so do not treat that example as the price of a YouTube ingest workflow.

No matched all-in monthly INR comparison is established for these architectures. To compare costs responsibly, first specify resolution and codec, active hours, cloud workflow, output destinations, and required redundancy; then include every billed component rather than comparing a single encoding rate with a viewer-delivery estimate.

Set up a continuous prerecorded YouTube stream
1. Prepare the showcase and confirm rights
Make a playlist of the product clips in the intended order and retain the source files independently of YouTube. YouTube says a live stream under 12 hours can be automatically archived, but a stream exceeding 12 hours may not be captured at all. Do not rely on a single continuous broadcast as your archive.
Before scheduling or starting the stream, confirm that you have the necessary rights for every video, image, music track, and other included material in every territory where the broadcast will be available. YouTube’s live-stream terms also require compliance with its Community Guidelines and applicable laws. See YouTube’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

- Flawless 4K@60Hz Video with HDMI: Delivers exceptional clarity and smoothness with its 4K@60Hz HDMI port, making it ideal for high-definition presentations and entertainment. (Note: Only the HDMI port supports video projection; the USB-C port is for data transfer only.)
- Double Up on Efficiency: The two USB-A 3.0 ports and a USB-C port support a fast 5Gbps data rate, significantly boosting your transfer speeds and improving productivity.
- Fast and Reliable 85W Charging: Offers high-capacity, speedy charging for laptops up to 85W, so you spend less time tethered to an outlet and more time being productive.
- What You Get: Anker USB-C Hub (7-in-1), welcome guide, 18-month warranty, and our friendly customer service.
2. Enable YouTube Live and create the broadcast
- In YouTube Studio, enable live streaming if this is the first time the channel will stream. YouTube notes that initial live-stream enablement may take up to 24 hours.
- Create or schedule a live stream in YouTube Studio, then open the stream’s encoder settings.
- Copy the YouTube Live server URL and stream key into the streaming service or encoder. Treat the stream key like a password: do not post it publicly, and reset it if it is exposed.
YouTube’s setup guidance is at Set up your encoder for live streaming.
3. Choose a managed service or build with Google Cloud
With a managed provider, upload the videos, create the playlist or loop, add the YouTube stream key, and start the stream. Confirm the provider’s current India availability, supported source formats, storage limits, billing, and recovery behavior before relying on it for a business showcase.

4. Set encoder output and verify stream health
YouTube recommends RTMPS, a secure extension to RTMP. Select an output resolution and frame rate that match the source and use YouTube’s bitrate guidance for that combination; a higher setting is not automatically better if the source or available throughput cannot sustain it. Test playback, audio, and stability before the showcase goes public, and watch stream health in YouTube Live Control Room as well as in the cloud service.
Use YouTube’s current encoder settings and bitrates rather than applying a generic bitrate to every source. RTMPS and the published recommendations are described in the same guide.
5. Design for restarts, reconnects, and archives
Google Cloud documents that Live Stream API sessions last 24 hours after a channel starts and may be restarted after that point. A continuous deployment therefore needs automation to restart the channel and reconnect the output, plus monitoring that alerts an operator when either the cloud channel or YouTube broadcast stops. Test that recovery path before launch; a stream that looks healthy at the start is not proof that a scheduled restart will work.

| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube does not receive a signal | Incorrect or stale stream key, wrong server URL, or the encoder has not started. | Recheck the server URL and stream key in YouTube Studio and the encoder; restart the output and verify the signal in Live Control Room. Reset an exposed key. |
| Stream starts but playback is unstable | Encoder output settings or network throughput do not suit the source and selected quality. | Use YouTube’s resolution-and-frame-rate bitrate guidance, test the source, and monitor stream health rather than assuming one bitrate fits all. |
| Google Cloud stream stops around a day later | The documented 24-hour session duration has been reached. | Implement and test channel restart and output reconnection automation; monitor the cloud channel and YouTube Live Control Room. |
| The broadcast is missing from archives | The stream exceeded 12 hours; YouTube warns it may not be captured at all. | Keep the original files independently and do not use YouTube’s archive as the only copy. |
| A product clip or music track triggers a rights issue | The channel may lack permission for some material or a territory in which it is available. | Confirm rights for the complete playlist and territories before going live; replace or remove material for which you do not have the necessary rights. |
