The Galaxy Z Flip7 addresses pocket height when the phone is closed, not a preference for a small display throughout the day. For a larger open workspace: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7
The Galaxy Z Fold7 is the opposite foldable choice: Samsung UK lists a 6.5-inch cover display and an 8-inch display when unfolded. It suits someone who values substantially more open-screen space and is willing to use a foldable design. The cover screen provides a display while the phone is folded; the larger screen is available when you open it.
It should not be treated as a small-phone alternative just because it folds. Its appeal is the change between a cover-screen form and a much larger open display. Samsung’s guide does not state the folded or unfolded body dimensions, thickness, or weight, so verify those for the model sold in your market if carrying size is decisive.
