Not necessarily. The 25W figure is a maximum for compatible devices, not a standard rate for every iPhone that can attach to the charger. Belkin’s compatibility information gives these limits:

Belkin’s product page reports an internal test in which an iPhone 16 running iOS 26 or later charged from 0% to 50% in 29 minutes; results vary with conditions, so treat that as a specific company test rather than a guaranteed charging time. Does it charge an Apple Watch and AirPods at the same time?
Yes. The three charging positions are designed for simultaneous use. Belkin lists all Apple Watch series, including Ultra, as compatible, and names AirPods Pro (2nd generation and newer) and AirPods (3rd generation and newer) for the 5W Qi pad. Because wireless charging depends on the AirPods charging case, check that your specific case supports Qi charging.

The package includes a 1.5-meter USB-C-to-USB-C cable and a 45W USB-C power adapter. The adapter’s 45W rating describes the power supply, not the phone’s charging speed; the phone’s rate depends on compatibility and charging conditions.
