Before the qualifying race, visit Hibi in the paddock and equip Enhanced Coolant I, Lethal Velocity I, Burn Protection and Spark Plugs II, with Overcharged Autopilot as your ability. On the track, aim for a Perfect Start, save Afterburner for long straights and use Ramjet to pressure Sebulba when you can keep a safe line. This is the recommended approach in two launch-week guides, not a guaranteed win.
Prepare with Hibi before the race
Go to Hibi in the paddock before committing to the grid. The two guides recommend installing these four parts and equipping Overcharged Autopilot:

Get a Perfect Start
At the start, aim for a Perfect Start to trigger the boost described for Spark Plugs II. The guides recommend this as part of the opening plan.

Save Afterburner for straights
Use Afterburner where you can keep the vehicle pointed forward, especially on long straights. Avoid spending it through sharp turns, where you may not be able to make the most of the burst. Keep an eye on your vehicle state instead of draining Afterburner without a plan.
Ram Sebulba when you can hold your line
When Sebulba is within reach, use Ramjet to make contact and look for takedowns; Lethal Velocity I is intended to reward a takedown with acceleration. Prioritize contact that does not send you off your line or into a hazard. The guides recommend aggressive ramming, but a risky hit can cost position.

Use Autopilot to manage energy
Engage Overcharged Autopilot when the route allows it so its described battery charge can support your other abilities. Treat it as part of resource management, not a reason to spend every ability as soon as it becomes available.

What this advice does—and does not—establish
Sportskeeda modified its guide on October 6, 2026; XboxPlay published its guide on October 7, 2026. Both recommend the same setup, while XboxPlay also advises using Afterburner on long straights and avoiding sharp corners. These are secondary guides, not official developer strategy documentation, and neither establishes a success rate, ideal lap time, required build level or guaranteed result. Check for game updates if the advice stops matching what you see in play.

Star Wars: Galactic Racer’s official site describes the game as a story-driven racing title and lists landspeeders, speeder bikes, skim speeders and podracers. StarWars.com gives the worldwide release date as October 6, 2026. Neither official source provides a Sebulba-specific strategy.
