Deadlock Labs says voting happens in the pregame lobby. According to its description, votes from the winning team count double, and a player’s first win of the day also doubles that player’s votes. The sources do not provide an official tally, percentage, or margin for Baba’s win. The six-character count refers to the update’s announced roster, not to votes cast.

Shacknews reported that Baba was unlocked and playable alongside Rat King as of October 6, 2026. That availability applies to players who already have access to Deadlock; it does not mean the game is open for anyone to download.
Valve’s Steam listing describes Deadlock as early in development and says access is limited to friend invitations through playtesters. Access therefore depends on receiving an invitation through that route. Check Valve’s Deadlock Steam listing.
