Avid Organics Private Limited said on October 13, 2026, that it plans to establish its first manufacturing facility outside India in the United States through its wholly owned subsidiary, Avid Organics America Inc. The proposed plant is targeted to begin operations in 2028 and would initially make glycine and glycolic acid in technical and cosmetic grades.
The project remains a plan rather than an operating or confirmed construction project. The company has not selected the facility’s site and said discussions are continuing. It also announced a plan to invest up to US$50 million across its U.S. operations through 2035.
