If the Arvest app will not open, sign in, or accept a mobile deposit, first check Arvest’s official app listing for an update and confirm whether the problem also occurs through Arvest’s official online banking site. Arvest’s mobile deposit eligibility rules may also explain why a deposit feature is unavailable. No current official outage notice was found, so individual app-store reports are not proof that Arvest is down.
Is Arvest down today?
Live service status is unknown from the available official information: no current Arvest incident or service-status notice was identified. Reports in app-store reviews describe individual login and deposit problems, but they do not establish a bank-wide outage. For a current account-specific answer, contact Arvest through an official channel.

See whether the issue is app-specific
If you can safely reach Arvest online banking from the official Arvest website, check whether the same task works there. If online banking works but the app does not, that helps narrow the symptom to the app; it does not prove the cause. Do not use a login link from an unsolicited text, email, or caller.

Check the official app listing for an update
Open the Arvest Mobile Banking listing in the Apple App Store or Google Play and check whether an update is offered for your device. App versions and rollout timing can change. Apple’s version history says version 6.5.48 added login security and introduced a redesigned platform; Google Play lists an update dated September 9, 2026. Those listings provide context, not proof that a particular release caused your problem.
